Always figured I would have to get use to a smaller keyboard, but this one is just like using one on a laptop. Great computer.

Boots up lighting-quick and has enough memory for everything I need in a computer.

Watching movies on the laptop is very nice. The Dell laptop has all the bells and whistles you want.

Online for 2 1/2 hours with no one responding on chat line. Would have been better if there was info saying it was not operationall.

My last computer was very disappointing. This computer boots quickly, turns off quickly and my programs open instantly.

The guy sales person persuaded me into this one and I don't regret it! All of the same features with a better price.

Impossible to type on silver keyboard with white letters. At this size and weight of laptop using 2 in 1 form factor and touch screen is very unlikely in a day to day operations.
