From the very start, the fan would get extremely loud at times, and about once a week I'd get a Windows blue screen. I was working 70 hours a week at the time and it was impossible for me to spend hours on the phone with Dell trying to fix things. Now that I have more free time, I've contacted Dell. I've spent so many hours on the phone with Dell tech support. Hardware technicians have been to my house twice. My laptop is still not in working order, Dell can only offer a refurbished machine, and it's too late to take it back to BestBuy. It was a decent laptop, but the work done by the hardware technicians has rendered it useless.

Great laptop for work!

This computer did not hookup to my network with good speeds. My sons Mac sitting right next to this computer was getting 500 MB/sec. This computer 4 MB/Sec. I returned it and spent the extra money for the Macbook Pro.
