Great computer overall! I particularly like the screen - nice and large, touch, and so much brighter than my previous laptop (also a Dell Inspiron). Very fast to start up. I love the fingerprint sensor to unlock. What I like least is the keyboard and mousepad - it's off-center to allow for the number pad, and I'm just not a fan of that. It also causes me to sometimes right-click when I am trying to left-click. Maybe it will just take a little while to get used to.

Good machine but I have had some issues that required call to Dell. Dell has great customer service though.

I bought this machine in June of 2020, It was positively incredible! Worth every cent and more. An amazing computer. I just did not have time to write a review, for the first few months. It would have been 5 stars! Processor speed, color, graphics, everything was just so nice. Then in January of this year, 2021, after owning it and giving it superb care...the mother board went bad and I had no sound. I brought it to local, reputable computer repair specialist. 600 to install a new mother board!!!!!! So, it cost my $1200 and then only six months later, I had to put $600 into it! I can not recommend this machine. Although in defense of Dell, the tech that worked on this machine did tell me that this is only the second time in ten years, he had seen a motherboard go bad, on an expensive, high quality computer, like mine. It's is a beautiful, nice computer but just be aware. You should not have to pay 600 to repair a 1200 dollar lap top that is only six months old....not right.

This laptop was a little more than I planned on spending, but it’s a great laptop. The images, speed, size, touchscreen, everything is great.

Over all a great laptop. it is a bit heavy. The large screen is a real plus!!! Also love the touch screen.

I purchased this computer as a replacement for an earlier model of this same machine. This one has been purchased brand new and the other was an open box model. I have always loved the DELL brand of computer and this is no exception. The machine is a beast and one that has not disappointed me in delivering a stellar experience with its sleek design, amazing graphics, and flexibility. I am thankful that I purchased this updated version and would do it again given the chance. I enjoy my relationship with Best Buy and electronics in general.

Excellent support and well designed laptop. SSD hard drives are great, quiet, and fast! 17” screen is wonderful. Very happy with the laptop.

Got this laptop for work. Its awesome! Love how I can flip it and turn it into a tablet. The only thing I dislike is that it heavy.

It was incredibly easy to set up on my own and works great. I especially like the larger screen as my vision isnt as great as it used to be.

This laptop has a great display, fast, good battery life, super easy to set up and is a all around good laptop. It’s worth every penny!

This Laptop has worked well for our business. I actually have 2 of them. I like the 17 inch screen and being able to position the screen so much. The only drawback is the keys are silver and when they are lite up and I am in bright light I can not see the letters. This is because of my old eyes but it was a problem that caused me to pass this computer on to younger eyes and for me to buy one with dark keys and white letters.

This is the best laptop I have ever owned and used. It is easy to use, fast, and has capabilities I am still exploring!

This is the biggest screen that I've seen on a laptop in a really long time. If you need that additional real estate, this is definitely the laptop for you. The downside is that it is more difficult to find a laptop bag for this to fit into, and it is obviously a little more heavy than an 13 or 15" laptop. But, the power on this thing is crazy.

I purchased this computer out of desperation because my old computer was dying. This same computer or something extremely similar was about $400 cheaper a few months ago when I started looking. Thanks to the virus the price of computers has skyrocketed. This computer is far heavier than any laptop I have ever owned and sort of defeats the purpose of a laptop. Its like sitting with a concrete block in your lap. It runs very hot as well so it extremely uncomfortable to use unless its on a table (therefore not really a laptop!!) Also, the fingerprint scanner works about every 3rd or 4th time I try to use it. The computer itself works fine but it is not really what I was looking for. Unfortunately, it is so hard to buy things right now without seeing them in person that I am stuck with it.

Nice laptop, screen is large and images are crisp and videos look great. Volume is a little limited and fn has to be pressed to use keys to change. Boot up time is quick. just a few seconds. Dells driver installer has hung up a few times. Only has 2 USB ports so having to use a small hub . Using for some work and the large screen has really been a bonus.
