Very easy to use particularly during zoom sessions. Touch screen is a useful feature. Good colors and good resolution screen.

This camera is easy to operate, and has a variety of features. I am very fond of the touch screen as well! Money well spent.

We bought a surface pro then bought this a week later because it was bigger and more powerful. Didn't think about it but with great power comes great weight and size. It works nice and has a lot to offer for the money but works like a desk top computer. Not what I would recommend for portable usage. But for me it is fine as a school computer replacement when my daughters gave out. But for people on the go, get a Surface Pro.

I am happy with everything about this computer, short of the mouse pad which is not centered. This cause for me, a left click to often be a right click and making a cut and paste a persistent pain. I suppose it will take some time to get used to this. However, this is my transportable desktop where I use a mouse and keyboard and then fold it over in tent mode when camped out at a hotel for a few days. I use an XPS 11 when I need true portability. It is near impossible to use this 17 incher in cattle class on a plane due to its size.

The computer is easy to use and I can see the screen. I am able to operate the computer after the GEEK SQUAD set everything up.

This is a very easy to use, fast, and very convenient convertible laptop! It runs all my applications and even a few games!!

Overall the laptop is a good value for the money. The speed and screen display is great as it is 17 inch.

I've only had this for a few weeks and I don't use it all the time. I like building my own desktop machines. This is a backup and something I can take with me. Seems to perform very well. I can't stand Windows Home Edition so I got the Pro Edition. I find the Professional edition on a laptop is different than Pro on a desktop system. I am satisfied with this purchase and yes, I would recommend it.

The computer is great however there is no printed manual so learning how it operates/features can be challenging. The screen is nice and big. I really enjoy the 2 in 1 feature. Unfortunately I did not find out until it was too late to return that the Bamboo pen the sales person sold me is not comparable with the computer. Very upsetting because I specifically said I needed that feature to draw.
