    As someone involved in IT since the days of the 8088 (Personally & professionally) Dell laptops & desktops are my first recommendation when used for business. I use Dell at home and recommend others do as well if they need enterprise level equipment. This particular laptop is greatly appreciated by my boss for whom I purchased it.

    Terrific performance but the Bluetooth died after a few days. Exchanged the laptop for another of the same model and a few days later the Bluetooth on that one died too. This time I contacted Dell. They affected a repair and my laptop will arrive back to me tomorrow. I'm hoping they installed a different Bluetooth card that has good reliability.

    I bought this for my daughter as a christmas present. She just got a chance to set it up. We found the screen looks blurry like an old office laptop. The resolution is 1600 x 900 which is lower than most of the computers on market at this price. She was going to use it for graphic design. Now we have to return it.
