Works great. Quick start up. Exactly what I needed.

I have always used Dell laptops. I only had to learn the new Windows 10, as I had Windows 7 before. So far, I have enjoyed using it & hope it lasts a long time. Dell computers are reliable & this one has a lot of memory & hard disk space. Glad I purchased it.

my laptop purchased in Nov, returned and replaced in Dec. now has to be fixed by geek squad and I am very unhappy about it

I've had this computer for 3 months now, with no slow downs, plenty of space , and great fast memory. I love the touch screen. I cant say any thing bad about except the material around the keyboard feels like rubber and show every finger print and every little bit of lint and crumbs, not that I eat at my computer but that's the only thing I have to gripe about. Get ths one you cant afford not too.

I have had several computers from multiple manufactures and this is by far the worst. I have had it about 3 months. It crashes about every 15 minutes no matter what I do. Whether I let it sit there doing nothing, try to start Microsoft Word, try to start Adobe Premier or play a video games... it crashes. Another problem is going to the Start Button and clicking Restart takes over 30 minutes to actually restart. If I go to Start > Shut Down the screen goes blank but the keyboard backlights stay on about an hour while not being able to reboot at all. If I manually hit the reboot button on the outside the wait time is about 2 hours. I actually had to take out a loan to purchase this computer in order to start my YouTube channel. Needless to say I havent been able publish many videos because it keeps crashing. I will never buy a PC again. I will have to wait until I get my tax return next year so I can afford an Apple MacBook Pro. Please learn from my mistake and dont buy a PC and whatever you do dont buy a Dell. I personally know 5 people that have Dell and they all have various problems. This laptop has run great. The internet loads well, and doing reports is a breeze. The main issue I am finding though is the Gaming portion of the Laptop. I have attempted to play fallout 4 on this laptop and am forced to run with the lowest graphics settings, or else the game play will be so choppy that I cannot tell whats happening. I have also tried "Alien swarm" "Destiny 2" "World of Tanks" and various other games, and had the same issue. I bought the laptop for gaming more than anything, and it seems to be lacking. I did not Buy the product through Best Buy, but the most comments are left here so I thought this would be helpful information. it is a great work laptop though for office work, and has an extremely large amount of memory.

No complaints. Its been a good new addition to the house. Happy with Skype quality with webcam and mic. Skyrim worked too
