I wanted to get her something more powerful than her old laptop and with a bigger screen. She loves it! We loaded up my iTunes library (over 100 hours) + hundreds of photos from her old laptop and 3 phones and we still have plenty of space. I haven't used it yet but she tells me "You click on it and it's there!". Happy wife, happy life.

I got on the web site looking for a set of headphones because a cooling pad I bought was making a whistling sound. An agent came online to help me. she found out what I wanted, made sure I understood my options, provided a variety of choices and made suggestions. I received the headphones in a couple days by free shipping. I have been VERY pleased with the quality and performance of the headphones.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I will be honest, I made sacrifices in a computer because I am hard headed and insisted on getting a computer with a CD/DVD drive. It has a ton of memory and comes with all the basic programming. Cons: runs super slow. I am a little annoyed because the entire reason I got a new computer was due to my old one running slow and this one is not much better. I will say it looks really great and compared to the last few generations of Inspiron, it isn't heavy at all.
