Tried to do Windows recommended updates and they never would complete. We took the laptop back within the 15 days return policy. THey tested it and agreed with us. Best Buy was great about the return. We upgraded to a slightly more expensive Lenovo laptop and it has been great out of the box. Hooray for Lenovo.

1. Close all open windows.
2. Press the Windows logo key + X key on the keyboard.
3. Click Control Panel.
4. Click System and Security.
5. Under Security and Maintenance, select Troubleshoot common problems.
6. Under System and Security, click Run maintenance tasks.
7. Follow the on-screen instructions and prompts to complete the process.
8. Restart the PC.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Others like it. But I got a lemon. Internet was crazy slow. My 9 year old windows 7 dell was faster. Grateful for geek squad. Tech looked and said it was messed up. Grateful for 15 day return policy. But given how covid is making appointments backed up, I almost missed the 15 day window. In my case, quality control failed.
