I love my new computer it came with a mouse and keypad but you can also use touch screen. Like a laptop. How cool is that.

I bought this for an older parent for Christmas. I wanted them to be able to use something simple to skype with their grandkids since we life far off. Dont expect a high end gaming machine, but for web surfing, emails, and skype... this machine is more than capable. The set up and design with everything built in was a real plus and allowed him to lose the tower setup he had previously. It was easy to show him how to use and I was able to install a program that reverted the look of windows 10 (another OS flop for Microsoft) back to the look and feel of XP. That helped the learning curve dramatically. Classicshell.net is the site I used and it helped him feel comfortable with the new PC. The camera is of adequate quality and the fact that the pc can double as a huge tablet is also a nice perk for an older person who has trouble seeing the smaller font on normal tablets. It was priced appropriately for what I think is included. Overall it seems to be a good choice.

My rating is zero. The Dell All in One desktop gave me problems the very day i took it home. I've called Dell every other day. They've had a tech come and service it at home. Still not functioning. It has currently been shipped to Dell. My second Dell. Horrible customer service. Horrible machines.

Bought this as an addition to a group of older desktop computers. Internal battery is pretty convenient. Really makes this like a big tablet. Not a speedy device though. Windows updates and virus scans slow it down quite a bit. It does function well as a basic word processing / e-mail / internet surfing computer. My daughter uses it frequently to work on writing a book. Office 365 works well with it.
Windows 10 is friendly with it overall, especially with the touch screen. The size and performance of the display is pretty good.
I had one issue of significance in the first month. It appears that an update attempted to install overnight and when the computer restarted it had a boot device failure. Turning the power off and restarting resolved the issue. Not a good feeling for a month old computer though. Based on early indications of failure, I couldn't recommend this to a friend.

I bought this computer for my Mom and it has fit her needs perfectly. She only does light browsing, MS Office and Quickbooks and it does that perfectly in a very aesthetically pleasing body. If you're looking for a clean, simple PC that cuts out all the unnecessary bells &whistles this is for you. Straight to the point and the best solution for her needs.

My mom basically uses her computer for facebook and playing games, so this is perfect for her! She loves the touch screen and the fact that everything is all in one, not to mention the wireless keyboard and mouse. I'm not sure how well it would perform for more intricate programs, but it's great for what she needs.

Never heard of an "All in One" before I bought this one.
Love it!!!
Love the big screen and the portability
Faster than my old "tower" with more memory and storage space.
All for less than I paid for a new tower 6 years ago!

For the size when using it as a tablet, would be handy to have some kind of handle to hold it

I think it a great computer for someone starting out, more advanced users would be happier wit a faster processor and more memory. Improving the stand so the unit would lay flat easier would be nice but not necessary. I love the touch screen

Sharp screen image, good audio, wireless mouse & keyboard work well, easy to set up. Voice prompts pleasant surprise, though salesman never mentioned it & touch screen works well. Not as fast as my old MacBook but good enough for my purposes. Very pleased with the product & good value for the money.

I purchased my first one at Best Buy in Oswego. I returned it the next day as defective I took a replacement home and found that it was a ready opened and used. So I took my second one back to Montgomery store and exchanged it for the third one which I have and now for the past three weeks works fine. Consequently the number of stars were reduced accordingly

Not much to not like about this setup. Great performance, nice design, and super easy to carry and set-up anywhere. The built in battery is a plus as I can work pretty much anywhere even if an outlet is not within range.

remarkable little machine: I'm pretty much always a Mac person but this thing for the first time in using a PC in a long time seems almost acceptable. I think I'll stick with my Mac but I have some programs and only run on PCs this is a very viable touchscreen. It actually will work after you unplug it I'm not sure about the battery life I haven't checked it to completely drained. You can't beat the price. And I think for Photoshop they're actually some opportunities here that don't exist on the Mac.

The fact that this has a touch screen has come in handy with grandkids losing the mouse on a regular basis. The fact i can take it along as a large tablet is ideal.

So far, this has been a great all in one computer for us. I got this for my wife and she loves it. Nice clear screen, good speed, and so far this has done everything we have needed it to do. We wish we had bought an all in one before!

I purchased 4 of these units to use as check in kiosks for our church. They work great! One of the best features is that it has an internal battery like a laptop would. This is super helpful if you have power dips. Sometimes we lose power and regain it due to a storm and these computers just keep on working. It works great as a battery backup. It's not a super fast machine but to surf the web and use online applications, you can't beat that it's an all in one, Logitech wireless keyboard, mouse and a touch screen! Great deal!
I was also a little worried having all the keyboards and mice working together along the same desk area. We've had zero issues. We only had to label them so they wouldn't get mixed up and we keep the right devices with the right computers.

Still getting used to the new Dell All-in-One desktop computer and Windows 10, but so far I love it. Takes up minimal space and still has a large screen. USB ports could be in a more accessible place. I have small hands and it is still somewhat difficult to insert a memory stick. Working on transferring my data from my old computer to this one - can't wait to get it up and running!!
