Was looking for a basic laptop but when I saw this and had it explained to me by a worker, I was sold. Love the ability to take the big screen anywhere in the house.

My mom basically uses her computer for facebook and playing games, so this is perfect for her! She loves the touch screen and the fact that everything is all in one, not to mention the wireless keyboard and mouse. I'm not sure how well it would perform for more intricate programs, but it's great for what she needs.

I love that I can take it around the house. Also I love the touch screen.

It's just what I needed to replace my old Dell. I love that it is all in one and somewhat portable. Windows 10 is great.

Bought this impulsively at the store knowing I wanted to by my grandmother a computer. She had never used one before. The all-in-one with the wireless keyboard and mouse worked out great for her. The touch screen was even better. The sound and image quality impressive. She's now able to enjoy videos sent from relatives and music streaming. I may even get one for myself!

I was looking forward to using this to replace my 12 year old desktop. Everything was going great for a couple of weeks until it went into Airplane mode all by itself and I was unable to get it out of that mode. I called Dell support as well as Microsoft but was unable to get issue resolved. It was a shame because I was happy with it otherwise. Windows 10 needs a lot more work and testing before I would ever purchase anything running it. I returned the Dell to my local Best Buy (always great service from this store) for a full refund.

I am in love with my Dell touchscreen computer. I previously had HP computers, but decided to make a change. I am glad I did.

Had to take the initial unit back the next day after purchasing as the battery wasn't working, but Best Buy replaced without a hassle and no problems since.

Relatively compact with an excellent screen size for a small office or desk space. Very good picture and graphics with easy to navigate Apps. Purchased this for my father and he loves its compact size, clear picture and how easy it is to use.

We use this in our auction business for basic data entry and it has worked very well due to the size of the screen. We don't use the touch screen option.

Nice screen graphics. Love the pictures each day when turned on. Easy to use.

Love the pc. Seems alittle slower than phone. But i haven't a pc in a long while. Also a small problem with connecting WiFi. But love rest

Good for everyday use. Nice amount of storage space and decent speed. It has a nice responsive touch screen and card slots for memory cards.

Bought the computer and paid to have data transferred from old computer. Took the old computer and new to the Geek Squad and they wanted $40 for Geek Squad service. Had the salesman talk to them and they voided the charge. Picked up the computer in two days and they charged an additional $40 for data transfer. I guess they got their Geek Squad payment after all. I paid the charge and went home. No insert to tell me how to even turn on the system. Got it installed and we are still learning what it does and how to do it.

The first after I purchased my computer I discovered that it was a touch screen! I was amazed because I had no idea, this was just a quick run to the store to find a good All-in-One computer for my new at home job. Its been about 2 months so far and it still works pretty good. I hate that some times it will just crash will no warning or explanation. Other than that it's pretty good at the job it was bought for.

THIS WORKS GREAT FOR MY ARTHRITIC FINGERS AS I HAVE A CHOICE OF TOUCHING THE SCREEN OR USING THE MOUSE OR KEYBOARD.

Researched online before buying, and ended up purchasing. So far no regrets. Easy setup and nice features.

Love the portability. Sound is good..not the best. Could easily hook up to a bluetooth speaker. Great screen.
