I love this computer. It is quick to boot, responsive mousepad and has a great solid state drive. I love Dells.

This was a great buy. It is pretty quick and responsive. It stays relatively cool when its being pushed against its limits. I am coming from a Macbook Pro (2015) and I am glad I made the switch. It is not a light as the mac but still pretty light. Im sure that's due to the solid aluminum casing. I would highly recommend.

I purchased this laptop a few months ago. It was in my price range and had everything that I needed. Since I purchased this laptop, I have been so incredibly happy. I use it every day for personal and business reasons. The battery life is great and it's lightweight, which makes it easy to travel with.

Replaced larger size Dell with this small laptop. Very surprised that use as laptop not that much different. The ability to use as touch screen is nice feature. Startup time with solid state drive is fantastic. Like the face recognition for login. Display quality is more than adequate for my work.

got an open box of this laptop with the 256GB SSD. Works great, it is very fast and smooth, the SSD definitely makes a big difference, worth investing in. specs are great and computer works perfectly. only down side is that it is slightly on the heavy side for a computer of its category.

I was a little overwhelmed with all the bells and whistles, but after a while it's really a nice laptop.

Have only owned it for a few weeks but am very satisfied with it. Bought this computer for school and casual gaming and it's perfect for me. Plenty of ram for multitasking and like that it has a solid state hard drive. The screen is crisp and clear and it's the perfect size.

I did a lot of research before purchasing this laptop. The most important things i was looking for was a solid state hard drive, a laptop that was pretty lightweight so i can bring it to class and, of course, the right price. This laptop had all three!! Love it so far!

I bought this 2 in 1 about one month ago. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Easy to setup. Super fast. Looks better than a Mac. This computer definetly deserves 5 out of 5 stars. Only issue is when turning the 2-1 over, it doesn't lay completely flat {small issue}.

I bought this as a present for a family member. I helped set it up with them. It is nice and light. It has enough connections with USB 3.0, WiFi, SD Card, etc. Set up was a breeze. Once turned on it talked us through it step by step. The picture was crystal clear. Turing on WiFi in the beginning is a great thing as updates were added and set up continued to completion. Screen size of 13.3 is perfect. Used it in laptop mode, tent, clipboard. All worked as advertised. Watching a Netflix movie in tent mode was great and the sound is very good. This is an excellent product. Why not a 5? Just a couple of things. I think the keyboard travel is a bit short though the backlighting is excellent and it is very quiet. The speakers are on the bottom so in tent mode it was excellent but not so much as a laptop. My main issue is the power button on the front right. Almost each time when changing from laptop to another mode or vice versa i hit it. Need to be careful.

This is a great laptop. Lightweight and works perfectly for business and pleasure.

The smaller keyboard and screen have been a much easier adjustment than I first thought. SSD makes for a VERY quick start up! Love the tablet/touch-screen options. That has made the computer more versatile & portable. Battery life is exceptional. I'm very impressed.

I wanted a Dell laptop but didn't want a two in one. This laptop was the right size and weight, easy to carry around. The two in one is an added bonus plus it was on sale! I'm still getting to learn my new computer and luving it! I'm very happy with my choice..

A year later, still works great without any issues. Use it 8 to 10 hours a day.

I needed an everyday laptop with excellent performance and easy connectivity on the road. I use the laptop mostly for photo editing and social media. It is fast, easy to use and the display is great, even in bright light. It's perfect and I totally love it.

I downsized form a 17 laptop and find this size so much easier to handle. Loosing the weight was a nice benefit. The lighted keyboard is very nice at night. I haven't used the tablet mode as much as I thought I would, but it works great when I want to watch movies.

Laptop is good in this price range and comes with windows 10 and touch. Good deal

I bought this to replace an older well worn HP laptop that I love. I bought this because it has similar specs but cost significantly less. I have been using it for several months now. It is light weight, has a nice screen, and the facial recognition works quite well. The energy use control is good. The keyboard is a bit stiffer than I like, but that is a matter of preference. There are two reason I give it a 4. First, despite having the same processor and being loaded with less software, it is slower than my older HP. Also, the speakers are not loud. I wind up having to use headphones with it a lot. Despite the negatives, it is a great business laptop. There is a lot of power in the computer for the price and I would recommend it to others who need a powerful laptop but can't spend a ton. Also, I have had great luck with Dell Customer Service in the past so I was happy to buy a Dell.

Love the small, compact size of the laptop and the fact that it's a 2-in-1. Lightweight and can handle all of my needs: project management via all Office applications, graphic design in Adobe Creative Suite and streaming movies and shows online.
