QUICK, EFFICIENT LAPTOP FOR A STUDENT IN COLLEGE--LIGHTWEIGHT, AND NOT TOO BIG

This is an excellent product. Very good speed and the battery life is simply amazing.

I bought this 2-1 laptop for my daughter who was starting her graduate studies and badly needed good laptop to carry around in a backpack. Since I had bought this similar laptop for my work after an extensive review of competing offers, the choice was easy. This laptop is powerful, light weight, fast with solid state drive and small enough to carry around. I would recommend this laptop

I am very excited about my new dell and windows 10, I love the pen as well. I have yet to try all the features of what I have as I also bought the microsoft adapter that hooks the laptop up to the television. I am looking forward in doing this next. So far so good and I am so sorry I had to wait so long.

It doesn't have a bunch of space since it's a SDD, but it's quite fast, handles many document processing tasks very well, great for internet surfing, and even some casual gaming (Fallout, Civ, etc.). Very lightweight, easy to transport, and slim. It's ability to be used as a tablet and a laptop is also pretty cool. Buying a decent-sized external hard drive makes this laptop perfect.

I purchased a Dell computer for my daughter going off to college. She used a Dell in high school and wanted to continue with this brand. She also uses it to watch Netflix. She said it is user friendly and likes the size to carry back and forth to class. She received a college discount at Best Buy and also took advantage of the tax free weekend.

Perfect size and weight for college. Speed of computer is amazing and the power of this laptop runs all my engineering software flawlessly.

My 9th grader needed a laptop for school. I wanted something that he could use for a number of years, and this seems to do it all and more.

We purchased this for my daughter sho started her first year of college. It has everything she needs and was a great value for the price.

Good laptop for medium workloads. I noticed when I start pushing the processor the OS tends to hang. If you use productivity tools (i.e. M$ Office) and do general internet browsing it is more than capable. On the other hand if you are looking for a work horse (i.e. Developer, Designer, IT Pro), I would look for another device.

Value for money. I liked the design and performance.

This laptop was purchased for my son as he enters college. Sales guy was very knowledgeable and helped compare different brands and price points. It seems to have everything we needed, touch screen, solid state drive, good memory, perfect size. Very helpful all around. I hope it works well for my son! Thanks

Has everything and great for my nephew's software programming classes in high school. Good value for money!

would of giving 5 stars the only problem is it sometimes it glitches while on youtube. Other than that I love this laptop, it is absolutely amazing. its lightweight, easy to work with, I think it would be great for anyone working in any setting especially college students like me.

First, BestBuy's customer service was superb. They had the best price around for this laptop compared to anywhere else I could find it - and I looked hard! On top of that, whenever I would go into the store to look for the laptop I needed, I was always quickly assisted with any questions I had and then left to my devices to study things out. Now, the laptop has just been great. I love its simple design and the size of the 13" display. It is just the right size and is never difficult to carry around. It comes with a great combo of RAM and SSD memory which help to complete any normal day task with ease and to handle software like Photoshop competently. To be honest, I could not have been more happy with the laptop or the place from which I purchased it.
