    I'm having same issue as the 2 star rating. My computer gets hot and the fan continuously runs. I am forced to constantly go under my desk and move the power cord to another outlet. I also play with the power cord, then the computer runs normal for a few days.

      1. Restart your Dell PC.
      2. When the Dell logo appears, press F12 key to enter One-time Boot Menu.
      3. Use the arrow keys to select Diagnostics and press Enter key on the keyboard.
      4. Follow the on-screen prompts and respond appropriately to complete the diagnostics.
      5. If the test fails, ensure to write down the error code and validation code.

    good laptop, it performs very well since it's open and able to cool itself very efficiently, but because it's so open it's very prone to being destroyed by water, maybe have a waterproof container to put it in i dunno

    Great purchase! I wanted average laptop for my business classes. But this laptop extended my expectations it works perfectly for my tableau, python classes and also battery back up last me for whole day. In short it's great laptop for college work and every day use.

    This is a rightly priced laptop for the features it packs. Touch screen, keyboard back-lighting, 512GB of storage along with 12th Gen Intel i5 processor. With two USB-C, one USB-A and even a SD card reader, there's no need of a dock or a dongle. The 2-in-1 feature is quite useful for presentations as well. Overall a nice product.

    USB on laptop did not work. Dell covered it and had a new daughter board installed. Laptop works fine now. Just make sure to communicate problems timely w/ Dell.

    It turned out that the usb port stopped working and needed motherboard replacement. Best Buy was able to replace the whole laptop for me. Kudos to their service but questionable product from dell.

    This is a great laptop! The only downside is that it comes with only one USB-A port. If you’re looking for a few more USB ports, this may not be it.

    The laptop has touchscreen, which is a nice feature. It is small and lightweight, which makes it easy to carry. However, it has a shutter on the webcam that impedes the video feed if it is closed. Mine has closed twice in the month that I’ve had it and it is difficult to reopen. I’ve had to call Dell support each time yo get it functioning again. Since I work virtually, it presents a problem.
