Great Dell product but, was taken back to be serviced today due to the battery failing to charge. Three months after the warranty expired.

Very good laptop. It fits all my needs. Slim, just the fight size for me.

It’s alright, just wished it was a bit lighter, is pretty heavy compared to the new laptops rn.

Overall a great laptop and I am happy with my purchase. It is fast and so-far dependable. It does exactly what I needed it for -- school work, video streaming, and ability to have 20+ browser tabs open. Cons 1) mouse trackpad is not the best, clicking the actual buttons is slightly difficult and is fairly loud 2) the cooling fan goes full blast when the laptop is plugged in to charge (but luckily the battery life is great so it doesn;t need to charge too often) 3) this computer will easily overheat when plugged in if set between item; I left it under a backpack and returned to it burning hot.

Works great! Have been using it for 3 weeks now and we have no complaints.

I got this laptop for my brother, when he got to school. It really help him, bot to heavy to transport.

Good laptop. Highly portable. I have been using it for CAD and python coding. Only issue with it is that the fans can get loud. Overall still a good purchase.

i got this 2 DAYS AGO, i wake up this mornning to use it and it was dead even tho it was charging the whole night, so i try connecting it again and its not charging, i use another charger another outlet still nothing so i decided to test the charger on another device of mine that uses the same usb and no doubt the charger works its the laptop that SUCKS. i cannot believe it only worked for 2 days hightly disappointed!

Fans become extremely loud when plugged in or when doing an update. Otherwise would be a good product

This laptop is faster, more responsive, has better visuals and more memory than my previous one. I like how sleek and light it is. Great purchase!

When I bought this it said it had windows 10 - wrong it was windows 11. Worked with Dell service and hey got it back to windows. 10. Then after about a year and a half the flimsy USB plug for power stop working. Had to spend another 60 plus dollar for other piece of junk to plug it in. This my second Dell laptop and will be my last until they figure out a better and stronger AC adapter plug in along with a better location for it.
