The laptop seems to be working perfectly fine. However, when I changed my settings on the computer to hide the Taskbar in tablet mode, it glitches the computer. The taskbar repeatively appears and disappears and prevents me from actually using it. When I try to change it back to laptop mode, it continues to do the same thing resulting in me restarting the computer. Once I changed the setting back to it's original setting, it works perfectly fine

Circumstances had me borrowing this machine, purchased for a soon-to-start new employee, while out of town last week. Though a 15" macbook pro touchbar is my daily driver, I was/am still enamored with this laptop. It is a touch on the heavy side for a 14" but for that bit of extra weight, relative to very similarly spec'd Dell models I've purchased recently, you get a significantly better feeling body, trackpad and keyboard. I'd recommend for most business scenarios outside CAD or video editing. Note the USB-C port does support thunderbolt and charging, a rarity at this price point. I've paired this and those similar Dell models recently purchased with Dell WD15 docks running two monitors, peripherals and charging all over one cable connection to the laptop.

The size of the computer is very good and memory satisfactory

Bought for my freshman son in high school and seems to be a similar alternative to 13.3" Dell Latitude laptops bought for my wife and daughter. Was a better deal for similar performance, brighter screen with richer more accurate colors too.

This seemed like a solid laptop for the price. My issue with it is it was much bulkier than I expected. Carrying it felt very cumbersome. I guess if you are looking for something more like a laptop but occasionally want tablet capabilities this could work. I wanted more tablet functionality with a bit laptop. I ended up trading the 2-in-1 for a Surface Pro with a keyboard and I'm much happier. Price was higher but totally worth it for me. I travel with my computer about once a month so having something lighter and smaller was a better option for me.

I originally bought this laptop and was able to get a price match. Although I found a better deal, this was a great purchase.

Great features & still learning all the capabilities of this neat device. Touch screen with stylus are simply awesome.

I bought this model for my mom since her old one was dying out. It runs pretty fast, but my only gripe about it is that if you have your keyboard lit up while you're shutting down, it'll get in the way of it shutting down.

I got the refurbished/geek squad/open box so take that into consideration. Wish there was a fingerprint scanner but good for the price I guess.

Bought this laptop to replace my Toshiba. What a difference. This is the second Dell laptop I've had and beats the Toshiba Satellite all the way around.

Very portable and comfortable for doing class work.

I bought this laptop for some work due for next week. It should be brand new. First of all, it was not powering on so I had to Attach the adapter to start it up even the battery was charged. Then it did not even power on with or without the A.C. adaptor. I returned it at the store and the guy saying it is dell problem not us. How come you are a retailer and do not check product functionality before selling. Really bad experience
