Took a chance on an open box and it did not disappoint. No problems and I saved almost 500 bucks. It is fast and doesn't drop internet like the expensive HP model it replaced. The screen is beautiful. The only con is the battery life because of the screen but I use this at home so it's not that big of a deal for me.

I have had this laptop for 5 months now and has preformed flawlessly with the i7 and 16g of ram. The screen is very nice for work and for watching movies. The touch screen is very accurate and convienent to transition to tablet mode. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a dual purpose laptop.

My husband and I decided to move away from Apple products and after some research and a recommendation from my IT department we went with Dell. I do graphic design for personal and professional purposes and was really happy with the 2-1 feature and the pen tool! My husband occasionally plays strategy games on it and it runs perfectly with no lag during his sessions, I’m not sure about MMORPGs but I think for a casual gamer it’s perfect. We are pretty happy with the purchase and plan on buying another soon so we aren’t sharing

Lightning fast processor, excellent graphics, lightweight, sleek design, fingerprint security, 2 in 1 design laptop or tablet. Great touch screen. Only drawback I can see is battery usage time. Streaming or heavy graphics content drains the battery quickly.

This is a nearly perfect laptop. It has a good dedicated graphics card, 16GB of RAM, 512GB of storage, and an amazing 4k display. However, the battery life is less than stellar. I'm averaging 3 hours of use. Your usage may vary depending on how you use it. It also bothers me that Dell installed Windows in such a sloppy manner. The boot partition has a Windows.old folder on it. That means Dell installed an older version of Windows and then upgraded it. It's a new computer. Just install a clean copy of Windows, install the appropriate drivers, and install the standard bloat-ware. After that, create an image of this clean install for every other machine and you are off to the races. It just shows a lack of attention to detail on Dell's part.

Great laptop, easy to use. Easy to adapt to from an older computer. The screen looks amazing when viewing videos. Extremely fast when downloading and uploading. Only reason not 5 stars is the battery life.

I purchased this as an open box item. I was surprised on the condition, like new. I just sold my XPS 9570 because I wasn’t using it as much and wanted something cheaper. I am pleased to say this lap top is right up there with it A+++++++

I got this as an open box and it has been a great computer. I have had it for over a year now and couldn't be more pleased with it. It's a nice light weight. Great graphics. Touch screen.

This 2x1 has a respectable Intel i7 processor, 16GB of memory, a solid state drive, a solid graphics card, a back lit key board, finger print reader and touch screen, pen stylus, and a USB C port for connecting to universal docking stations and a keyboard size that won't cramp larger hands, what more could you ask for?!?!? So far this laptop has proven it has been well worth the investment. I just ordered the Dell 6000 universal docking station so we can hook up it up to multiple monitors (up to three external monitors), a keyboard and mouse and other USB peripherals. This has been a solid investment. And shopping at Bust Buy gives you the price match guarantee that we were able to save $100 even after the purchase.

Bought this laptop for my wife to replace her Dell Inspiron All-in=One from 2011. She absolutely loves it. Loves the screen resolution, the keyboard, and how lightweight it is. And cannot believe how fast it.

Bought 2 out of box laptops excellent price we got 2 for the price of one, The 4k screen is excellent along with backlit keyboard. No criticisms, the wifi sometimes has issues when we move through the house, for 50$ more they could have made the ssd 1tb instead of 512. But is my laptop for when i travel and is a backup for my desktop which is a screamer (9gen i9 chip) I am quite happy with this laptop the second one is my wifes only computer and she likes it,

Shopping for a new laptop and had narrowed it down to a couple before entering the store. Talked with a couple of the associates and they were a great help. Even talked me through a couple I hadn't considered, but the Dell had the memory and speed I wanted. It was extremely helpful to be able to pick it up to judge how heavy it was and also to type on the keyboard since there is a difference between machines.

Bought for my artist son running adobe, doing graphics and video editing. It is a LOT of machine for the price, he is very happy with it. And if he is happy with it I am too!

I love this laptop with a touchscreen. It mimics the surface pro. It is lightweight, so portable, with a larger screen that makes it more useful than the surface pro.

So, this is a fast computer, and I love the option for touch screen and tablet mode. It also comes with a stylus/pencil (which wasn’t clear in the description or specs). However, considering this doesn’t have a traditional HDD or a DVD/CD drive, I expected it to be much lighter than it is. It’s a bit heavy to cart around, especially for the amount of traveling I do....but other than that, it’s a nice computer.

I’m a dell fanatic and I’m always use del Xps but this time it wasn’t in stock that’s why I choose this dell Inspiron 2 in1 and it’s amazing too best graphics and faster

very fast. I like it. its a bit heavy. battery life is average. it is missing a optical drive, overall its a good value.

I love my laptop! I was looking for a 15" touchscreen that was also a 2 in 1 and this is exactly it. Works great and I'm still exploring all of its functions.

I would recommend Dell laptops period. But this one is right up there as a great performer. Great display, lighted keyboard, and super fast with SSD.

Great Price, has a good feel to it. Super Fast and even got it for $200 when I saw Best Buy lower it on a sale. This is a top of the line computer.
