Have never had a 2 n 1 laptop . Happy with what it has to offer . My sister came from out of town for my birthday . We didn’t have an extra TV for her to watch . We used my Dell laptop and it worked perfectly . Sound and picture quality was very clear and she was able to watch her Netflix shows for relaxation . Thank You 2 n 1 .

So, I had a tough time choosing between the Lenovo, Asus and Dell. All comparable models. I went with the Dell because it was slightly cheaper than the ASUS and seemed better constructed than the Lenovo.
Initially, I was pleased with the Dell display and construction. Also, I liked the fingerprint access. I did notice from the start that the screen had some bleed of colors when scrolling.
The problems started when I was using a program for work that activates a new window depending on what is selected within the window. Well, 20% of the time the screen would randomly jump from window to window to window without me inputting anything. This was concerning since I have had other computers that handle multiple windows from this program flawlessly. Since I liked the computer to that point I figured I would contact Dell customer support. They walked me through a few diagnostics and determined that the hardware was fine and that it must be a software issue in which case there is a charge to troubleshoot that. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! I just bought the computer and it wasn't working right but now I had to pay to troubleshoot???? UM NO!
Long story short I took it back to Best Buy and ended up going with the ASUS Zenbook. Which, I am very happy with after one day. That review is coming.
So, this computer's problem could have been a faulty Windows Operating System or something else. I will never know, but the fact that Dell didn't stand by their product entirely out the box made me switch to another computer company all together. Very disappointed with such a big name brand.

This computer has the speed and power to easily perform post processing of photographs. The presence of a finger print reader make security easy. The only improvement would be if it also had a 1 terrabyte hard disk in addition to the solid state drive for storage of a large number of high resolution photographs.

Previous Dell was 7 years old and a solid performer. Love the advances that have been made. Solid state drive allows for slimmer design and light weight. Screen is as good as you can get, which makes my work on photos easier and more accurate. Have a lot to learn about the move to Windows 10, but getting there.

Got this product when looking for a MacBook Pro. Was suggested based on its price, power and functionality with the touch screen. Would agree with all three, but sometimes it starts to over heat but haven’t run into shutdown issues because of it, just a pound fan,

Sales person was wonderful with helping me verify a price match so I was able to get this brand new clearance item at an extremely reasonable cost. I'm happy with the performance, its touch, 4k, can convert to tablet mode, beautiful display. Fans are kinda loud, other than that great device for work and play.

I bought this computer to use as a travel laptop for work. I find it very sleek looking and like the 2 in 1 for use as a tablet. I wish this model had a 10-key option since I work with spreadsheets a lot. Easy fix for that was to just purchase a wireless 10-key.

Was a little more price wise than I wanted to spend, but it has proved to work extremely well. I like that it is a touch screen that can also be converted into a tablet. Didn't think I would ever need that, but it has come in handy. Memory, speed all excellent. The only thing missing is a number pad.

This laptop has many uses. It has a backlight keyboard that is good for typing in little to no light. Also it is a very quiet laptop and not to loud on noise. It does heat up a little underneath but nothing to crazy. It is extremely fast. The graphics are clear. I would definitely recommend this to anybody.

I'm impressed with the design, speed, functionality such as it becomes a tablet. The 4k video is insane. The touch-screen is very important for my day-to-day, and it did not disappoint me at all. Overall I am very satisfied after almost 2 years later.

The computer is fine except the lighted keyboard comes on when you first enter your Microsoft Password and then never again. The problem occurred when transferring the programs and data to my new laptop. Geek Squad made sure I had backed up my data and I had. They then proceeded to transfer the programs and data to the new laptop. Big problem, they transferred most of the messages in OUTLOOK but did not transfer the address book. They also failed to transfer my "Sent" file of messages. And, of course, as soon as I picked up the computers, they deleted all my data on their server. So, I am stuck having to recreate about 1,500 e-mail contacts. I have been a customer of Geek Squad support ever since they came out with the offering. If I remember correctly, I am on the third generation of these offerings and have never had a problem up until now.

Great for my first 4k laptops. Screen looks beautiful dor content viewing or word typing. The included pen is useful for notes or signing documents. But if you absolutely need it to last all day, don't get the 4k version.

The Dell Inspiration is a great laptop for the work I do. I have been very pleased with the speed in which it runs my takeoff estimating software for retail and commercial flooring. I usually have many things open at one time and that is no problem with this computer!

I really like this computer, but I had to google how the reset the settings so that when I put it to sleep it would come back on without it shutting down and rebooting. Now that it is working properly, I like it even more.

I have upgraded from an earlier Dell laptop and appreciate the faster speed and responsiveness. My only regret is that I can't use Windows 7 on this computer, in which the features I use as an editor are at the surface, but must use the multi-step processes of Windows 10.

Perfect laptop for any student. I've put the laptop to the test numerous times now and it holds up very well. Only con probably is that the battery life doesn't last very long, but an overall very good laptop.

I am very please with this 2-in-1 laptop. I am getting used to the touch screen and it was a great bonus to also receive the pen. I wasn’t expecting for it to be included. It’s also a nice weight and the screen size is just perfect.
