this is ny new laptop for a while now. it's really great has a lot of excellent features. and the best of all is the convertible with a touch screen.

This Dell 2 N 1 is great. I happened to buy it when is was on sale and I know I got a great deal. The screen resolution is awesome. I am happy with the battery life.

Basically this laptop is very fast and can work for games. The only thing is that it tends to heat up a lot.

It has a good video quality, screen resolution is good and speed is superb. It has low sound as speakers are in lower surface.

The computer runs smooth I live the touch screen monitor. But you have to lay it flat down on a smooth service or sometime the mouse pad behaves improperly.

This 2-in 1 is extremely fast and the 15" screen is razor sharp. The finger print recognition is convenient as well. Very pleased with the purchase.

Beware of fans!!! had this laptop for a while now. and my major requires a programs that are graphically demanding. so when the cpu and gpu heats up the fans go crazy. honestly the loudest fans ive ever heard on a laptop. performs above average but in the zoom meetings its a nightmare. even on 1080p the fans will still go crazy.

Very easy to use and can’t beat the price. More than capable for what I need. After all these years of Company issued laptops I am glad I got my own.

I love the ssd speed. I do a lot of video editing so it's a plus. The 4k screen is awesome too. The size is perfect for my bag and life style.

I was looking for mid sized flat screen to replace my picture tube tv. This was open box and a good price. Works fine and has a good picture.

Love the computer, the touch screen is great. I have absolutely no complaints regarding this computer. It does everything that I need it to.

I am very glad I purchased this laptop. It has all the features, memory and processing speed that I need for editing pictures in Photoshop. It easily handles the Microsoft office products and other design software that I enjoy using. I have not used the tablet function as yet, as I am new to this option, although I anticipate using it it the very near future. I expect that it will work quite well since everything else has.

My teen loves this laptop. She loves the touch screen and the use of the laptop pen. She uses it for school, for games, and drawling.

I love the vibrant display this computer has, as well as the narrow bezels. One issue would be how it heats up pretty quick when gaming.

Got this to do taxes.. worked great with the touchscreen. Little bummed it doesn’t have a 10 key.

Upgraded from a gaming laptop which did not have a great screen resolution. This laptop is beautiful and speedy. I am very impressed.
