Disappointed when I was told that I may have to have the screen replaced and it would take 2-4 weeks. I have not taken it in for repair yet.

Overall this is a great laptop, its as fast as a mac without the price. I love almost everything about it, the only, and I mean ONLY thing that didn't blow me away was the sound output, its not very loud when playing from the pc itself. For me this isn't a deal breaker because I use headphones and it sounds great through them.

This laptop remains cool even when running high level programs! And the tent and tablet mode are a really nice feature that make it easy to watch movies in bed and do tasks in the classroom. Only issue I have is that sometimes the scroll pad lags, but the screen is touchscreen so no biggie. The backlit keyboard is a nice feature too.

This was purchased for my daughter for Vet School. Its slim profile makes it easy to carry and the convertible design works really well for a range of purposes. It has good speed with the Core i5 processor for multimedia and for study purposes. She loves the feel of the keyboard as well. This was a really good buy.

We are a Dell family so it's no surprise that we decided on this 2 in 1 when the price was dropped by $150 + $100 student discount. It did not disappoint. It's fast and can easily run multiple programs at once. It looks and feel like a $1k+ laptop. We couldn't be any happier with our purchase. Great for students!

This replaced a troublesome Asus laptop that froze up often. The Dell is great...no problems and fast processing.

the battery lasts me through my 6 hours of classes. touchscreen is very responsive. not too heavy. pretty fast.

I have a very large I Tunes library and so far the device has been able to handle it. I did have a hickup the other day when the computer froze. It had to be shut down and then did some updates. I dont like the fact that there is no DVR/DVD input so I can add my music and movies it was an added expense for me to buy a burner.

I wanted something I could take on the road and use for a small business,it's great for my needs.

Bought this computer for my wife. She uses it for work and home. No issues with it. She love it.

bit heavier so difficult to carry around otherwise has excellent features and good for viewing movies etc
