    Had this new laptop for a couple of weeks and so far have everything I need. Have been able to view YouTube videos as planned/wanted. I'm UPDATED!!!! WITH WINDOWS 10 AND ENOUGH RAM TO FUNCTION!!!. Connected my new Epson wireless printer as well. Sales person Aaron R. was very helpful. Just disappointed that I didn't realize the pen wasn't included with the purchase for on screen writing/drawing.

    So far, so good. Easy to use from day one. Super graphics, love the backlit keyboard, 15" screen is fab too. Only issue so far was downloading a system update from Dell and the screen went black. Dell service fixed things in about a half hour and advised me NOT TO accept any further updates. Said Windows 10 is the problem, not Dell. Who knows? So far Consumer Reports has once again made a great recommendation.
