||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Well, I had a Dell desk top for twelve years and had the least amount of storage space and I was satisfied with Dell, so I bought another only this time I chose a lap top with wi-fi. 8 storage rather than 4 because I still go to college and got money off and I got a $70.00 and $10.00 online credit on my phone.

She is Music Education Major and almost ready to do her Student Teaching so she need a powerful laptop that she can hookup to a projector and can also run her music programs.

The 3rd party repair shops love them as business is good becasue of that flaw.

We bought the pen also and she uses it to draw. Setup was easy and connecting to the new Bluetooth mouse was also easy. The quality of this laptop was much better than the Toshiba that only lasted a little over a year.

She's been very happy with this choice. Plenty of power for her to do her work and get creative with her projects.

He loves it! Runs really smooth has face recognition has a great memory. So easy to use and love that it can be used as a tablet as well.

It is fairly slow moving between programs and takes a while to upload when clicking to open something. A bit disappointed as it was one of the more expensive ones we were looking at.

This laptop more than met the minimim specs required for his major. And my son uses it for notes, research, papers, and watching movies. It was a great purchase and I highly recommend it.

Posted .Terribly sorry that you've encountered slow speeds. Check out these troubleshooting steps to help with speed - Delete temporary files and directories 1. Click Start, then in the search bar type "disk". Disk Cleanup should appear on the menu above the search box. 2. Run disk cleanup and eliminate unneeded temporary files (Search results, Internet Cache and other windows temp files you may no longer need) 3. Select files you want to delete then click OK to start the cleanup process. Uninstall applications you no longer use 1) Open the Programs and Features application in Control Panel. 2) Scan the list of applications installed for ones that you no longer use. 3) Highlight any application you no longer use and then click the uninstall button at the top of the list. Follow the prompts to uninstall. 4. Repeat for each application you want to uninstall. 5. Move large files and/or seldom used files to backup media (Photos, Music you seldom listen to, application downloads after the application has been installed etc.). 6. Empty the Recycle Bin. We encourage you to give us a call at 1 (800) 624-9897. Another great resource is Dell Supportassist, which can be located in the 'start' menu under 'all programs' in the Dell. I felt they should have given me a list of possible discounts before I made my purchase
