  • Right hinge is known to break within the first 6mo

    Just so you know the hinge breaking is a very common issue. Do a Google search for the Dell Insipron broken hinge. It's a very known issue. Dell refuses to fix the hinge even if it breaks within the first few months. It costs $160 to get it repaired and some have complained about the same hinge breaking again. It really sucks. I treated my computer like a baby. When you go to open it, it just snaps (from what everyone is saying). Holding on for customer service for an hour to only have the call disconnect makes it even more difficult. The computer works well when you first get it, but the hinge ruins the entire experience so I'm giving it 1 star.
