Very good for my niece's college workload - I also got a stylus pen to allow her to draw on her architecture projects It will eventually need more memory as 8MB of memory is not optimal. Over all, a very good laptop/large tablet for the price.

good box, Really Fast. It is nice, light weight, great for all computer uses. The SSD hard drive makes this computer really really fast.

I was hoping with the price the laptop would have been more for professional use. The laptop does have really nice features and great amount of storage but files are not stored correctly, google chrome always blacks out, a few other kinks.

Got tired of my Lenovo laptop that I travel with often & decided to upgrade. Major improvement! Much better battery life, better overall design & the quality I've come to expect with any computer that has the Dell name.

After decades of lugging door stops (oops - laptops!) this full size but lightweight laptop is an absolute pleasure. I thought I would miss have a CD/DVD drive, but anymore they are a waste of space. Thank you Dell!

I am very satisfied with the speed and the features of this laptop. The only concern I have had is that intermittently the audio output was not working. But after rebooting the computer a few times it all seems to work fine now.

I am in the process of starting an on-ine internet sales business and knew I would need to upgrade from my used Dell that was given to me quite a few years ago. This computer is working out great!

love the flexibility of the 2-in-1 design. screen is a little loose when not in tablet mode, but works well anyway. speakers are on bottom when in laptop mode, so sound is a little muffled. Good screen size.

I like the size, weight, speed, functionally, over all looks. It took a very short time to set things up.

I got this laptop after an Intense research and was waiting for the beginning of the school season to grab a good deal on it and I got it for an unbeatable best price at best buy. I also have a Macbook Pro and this dell is actually a bit faster than my macbook. This awesome laptop comes with facial recognition with is super fast. You'll be very happy with your purchase. I haven't noticed any CONS as of yet and its a best bang for your buck!

Using for work and play. Very versatile. Touch screen is fantastic. Holds charge for a long time. Fast.

My son loves this computer. Best Buy took the time to give us personal treatment when Geek Squad was unable to fix his old lap top and that was very much appreciated.

Purcjased this computer for my college bound student and it is excellent. Great speed, plenty of memory and he is pleased. You wont be disappointed if you purchase.

This computer is an all around great computer. It is fast and the picture quality is great. We use it as a home computer and do not play games on it so I cannot vouche for its gaming capabilities. The only problem my husband has had on it is being able to make eleborate PowerPoint presentations. Not sure if the memory or speed isn't high enoenough go or what but that's been the only disappointing thing about this computer.

This computer is better than average when looking for personal lap top with above average hardware. Very thin, light and portable for anyone on the go.

It’s a great laptop on daily bases. Great for web browsing, watching movies and even playing more requiring games. No lags, everything is smooth!

So far I’m liking this laptop. I have not had any problem with the fan being too loud. The speakers aren’t the best but I don’t think they’re bad by any means.
