I needed a laptop for work. This one is perfect. It is lightweight, touch screen and it folds to become a tablet. After 1 year my charger is showing a message but charges my laptop just fine.

Zero issues in 2 months. Fast and plenty of storage.

So far, I love this computer. I love the big screen and it's works fast and efficiently. I am a college student and was looking for a computer to do my homework and even online classes and I have found it!

Travis was my amazing guide throughout my back-and-forth decision to purchase this computer. I needed a new laptop ASAP....I had returned to school for my NP. I told him what I needed and he gave me some great options. Ultimately, Dell was the best option for me. I love it. My only issue is the small keyboard,but I have big hands, lol

Unit work fast!! Really fast, no lag using it, battery is about 5:30-6hrs. It has an usb C port and ia compatible with active stylus (not tested yet but it has the sticker that say it is supported).

I wanted something with an SSD because the laptop I was replacing always was getting too hot. That issue has been solved with this laptop. However, I expected this laptop to run faster than it does. It doesn't run slow, just thought it would pop. I will expand the RAM when I get around to it from the 8GB included to 16GB. I have not used this in any mode other than the usual laptop mode very often yet, but I can see how it can be handy to do so sometimes. I've read that the hinges on Dell laptops are top notch so at least I feel it wont fall apart. I don't use the mouse pad, I bought a wireless mouse just as a personal preference. I miss having a number pad on the keyboard. I do still wish I had it...

Easy to use. Bought this for my wife because she likes her Apple iPod and the way the touch screen functions. This is just like that for her, except it is the Windows OS that she knows.

Computer fits all my needs as a college student. I rarely use it in tablet mode but i do use the touch screen to scroll through pages. The one things that upsets me is i got the computer when it was for 729.99 and it is now on sale for 629.99. I tried to get a price adjustment and i couldn't because it has been 2 days past the return date. I thought they would give you at least 30 days for price adjustment at their own store. 100 dollars is a big difference in price. I would recommend this computer to any body that wants a decent computer for college but not for gaming. As for best buy i give them 1 one star for price fluctuating on everything they sell.

I recently had to get a laptop due to my old one no longer working. I've been using this for a few weeks now and love it. Very fast and the touch screen is very cool.

It is my third dell laptop and heavier than others. Overall performance is good and after 3 years of routine works the battery still works.

My wife has been looking for new laptop for a long time, I keep telling her to get one and then finally, she found the one she wanted. This laptop is everything you could ask for and she could not be happier, on to her next big adventure with hubby in tow!!!

I have never owned a Dell before. This computer is fast, and has great resolution. It is also easy to use. I would recommend this for business and personal use.

I am about to return to college full time, so I bought this computer to use on my schoolwork. I bought it because of the good specs, but some of the features I ignored turned out to be my favorite! I love Windows Hello. It signs me in by scanning my face and it works really well with/without glasses. Another feature I didn't think I would care for is the touchscreen. I was way wrong! I have ended up using the touch controls more than the traditional laptop controls! I am really looking forward to using this PC for a loooong time! I highly recommend this product!

Easy to set up and use, very fast start up and browsing due to the SSD. Love the backlit keyboard and the flexibility of use as tablet mode.

Overall solid laptop. The SSD helps it boot up quick and generally feel pretty snappy. Battery life is normal, not bad not great and the screen is middle of the road. But for the price, great bang for the buck

I traded in an HP with a standard hard drive for this Dell with the SSD and i am glad i did. There wasnt anything wrong with the HP but i certainly wasnt impressed given the amount of money i spent on it. I am still researching options for long term data storage given the much much smaller capacity of the SSD but I'm confident i will make the right choice. I'm not sure if i should buy an external hard drive with TB of storage or use multiple usb flash drives. I ended up spending about $100 more to upgrade to the SSD and it has been well worth it.

I use this for personal as well as professional work. It is user friendly and I was able to start using it right away. The only thing I am disappointed in is that I am unable to magnify certain screens in order to see details better.
