Bought for student with student discount deal. Amazing combination of screen size, ssd capacity, ram and processor at great price.

My wife and I needed a pc that could run her photography and my real estate business efficiently. This pc has met the mark. We really enjoy the Microsoft One Drive as back up and the facial recognition for security.

The extra space, fast speed, graphics are good and I like the size of the screen.

My Dell Laptop works much better than my old one. The young man in the computer area was a great help to me to pick it out. Also, the Geek squad members were also helpful to set me up with the new system.

The Hard Drive is Dynamic Ram so there's no moving parts to wear out & the CPU speed is lightening fast! Thanks Dell! Only downside is Software! When did everyone start making You pay for Software we generally got for Free!!!

Good laptop for the price. Runs decently well for both work and gaming. Sad means that restarts are very quick which is nice.

Great computer for the price. SSD drive and ability to fold flat backwards to use like a tablet with touch screen.

I purchased this laptop for online graduate program and it's proving to be a great choice. The screen size and quality is perfect for my needs. The sound is clear for hearing instruction. I also use the headphone jack. I haven't used a Bluetooth headset yet - I intend to use this feature eventually. My biggest complaint is the face recognition sign on never works. I also have to close tabs that are left open sometimes for them to refresh - mail and facebook. They seem to get stuck.

It's really nice to pull out the bamboo pen and takes notes on. The quality is really nice, it's fast and hold a lot.

I'm a social worker and I have toi type a lot of notes. The keyboard is very comfortable. The 15 inch screen is very well lit and does not hurt my eyes! Very happy with this purchase.

I bought this laptop while it was on sale about a week and a half ago to do some light video editing and web browsing. So far, the only issues I've had is the sound quality being a little off out of the box, but updating the drivers seems to have fixed it for the most part. My biggest complaint is the touchpad is awful. I've been using an old wireless mouse to avoid using the touchpad as it's too sensitive and hard to right-click (I had to turn on the "use two fingers to right-click" setting to limit my frustration). It would have been nice if a CD/DVD drive was included instead of having to buy an external one. I know most people consume their media digitally these days, but I still have some really old stuff on CDs like old files I've backed up and installation discs that I still need to access so the purchase of an external drive was necessary. As for the touch screen, I turned the feature off immediately so I can't comment on that aspect. I can say the screen is very reflective which might annoy some. I just prefer to use the keyboard. Speaking of the keyboard...it has a nice "springy" feel to it, although there is a large amount of space on the right/left side of the touchpad that could have been used up by adding a few extra buttons and making the touchpad a bit smaller.

I use my laptop at home for simple documents and Netflix. I also use as my primary work computer for document creation, email, online programs (QuickBooks, Salesforce etc.) and online research. It navigates smoothly between multiple applications. The size is great for travel especially when you need a bigger screen than a SurfacePro or similar. I also like the durability since I take it everywhere I go and it fits nicely in a small backpack.

We bought this Dell laptop after consulting with a friend who is knowledgeable. We like it a lot - it is very fast (I5 processor and SSD), the display is a reasonable size and bright, and the wifi works fine too. We also get a lot of use out of the SD card slot to transfer photos from Linda's camera. Thought we might miss having a DVD drive, but haven't yet. Anything we have wanted can be downloaded from the net.

With SSD, boot up is fast and 2-in-1 is just amazing. Quality built and within the price range.

This laptop is light weight and the touch screen is easy to use. Love the size.
