I have owned many laptops over 20 years. I completely trust Dell laptops over the others. They have a good durability, when it comes to the casing, hard drives etc. i do not regret at all of choosing best buy to buy my personal laptop this year. The price was right, i didn't buy this laptop on Black Friday deal as i needed it earlier. I got the best buy credit card offer and was one of the best decisions i have made so far. Since it has the Intel i5 processor and an inbuilt grafics card and an SSD 256 GB storage hard drive, it's working smoothly and helps with lot of multitasking. i could have chosen a lesser price...AMD processor with Radeon grafics, but, customer care representative recommended this. i have no complaints of what so ever so far. since its a 2 in 1 laptop , i can use it as a touch screen I-pad. screen resolution is excellent. you can use it for office and for personal use. Overall an exact laptop i wanted for a long run.

Purchased this laptop for my wife who is not very techy. Windows 10 is very easy to use. Also, the touch screen is awesome. The screen size is great for streaming Netflix, etc.. It might not play the very advanced video games but since my wife doesn't need that kind of graphic processing power, this laptop is perfect for her.

It fast bright screen loads quick, touch screen makes it easy to move somewhere else

only complaint so far is weight of laptop but really enjoy the touch screen feature and color and contrast is amazing

I bought my Dell 2 in 1 laptop on Aug 3, 2018 and have been in love ever since. this workhorse machine is most certainly the best of both worlds. This Dell has lightening speed. Having been a loyal customer of both Best Buy and Dell for several years, I am overwhelmingly please with both.

Microsoft 10 takes getting used to. Low battery life is the only con. Good for home use. plug it in!

Got this as an open box. Upgraded it to 32GB of RAM and a 1TB Samsung SSD on top of the NVME drive it came with. Lightweight and easy to use laptop. Very simple to upgrade with the right tools. Built fairly strong for the price point. Mainly use it for Audio Engineering with Cubase and simple daily use.

Lightweight, fast, plenty of memory for small business.

This computer is great , had an old apple computer that was really slow and this dell touch screen puts it to shame , will never go back , has a 15 inch screen and lots of memory space with plenty of speed to get the job done. Love it!!!!

This laptop really benefits from the solid state drive that’s mated to the core i5 processor. The screen’s color accuracy is great, and it’s full HD 1920x1080, and the uptick in detail shows on just about everything! I recommend it. It’s super fast for anything but the most most hardcore gaming.

Replaced an older windows laptop. So nice to have fast speed back again and the updated technology has been a welcome option. The keyboard is responsive and despite not really caring to have a touch screen, it has surprisingly come in handy for quick navigation on the computer between apps.

I have found the DELL inspiron 2 in 1 laptop to meet my expectations and beyond. It is relatively lightweight and the screen resolution is delightful. The larger screen makes it a bit large if you want to carry it everywhere with you but I bought this as a replacement for a previous DELL desktop and have not been disappointed. It packs a punch for regular working. I have no comments on video use or gaming use because those are features that I do not need or want.

I bought 2 laptops. It's working out great for me as a home computer. I wish it weighed less. Otherwise no complaints. The other is for my HS senior's day to day classroom mobile technology and homework. Working out well for him but I think it's heavy in weight compared to others.

Was time to replace my mom’s old laptop. For the price, this laptop was perfect. I didn’t sweated the 256 GB SSD because she plays a few games, sends e-mail, and browses the Internet. Might have preferred 16 GB RAM, but it won’t impact laptop performance for a few years. At this price, buying a new laptop then is fine. Mom likes it.

My husband bought a regular lap top and I bought (again) a solid state lap top. I would never purchase a regular lap top again. The speed is amazing and I have plenty of storage for what I do. Great computer. Hope it lasts as long as my other SS laptop did!

Good speed and plenty of memory got college student.

This item replaces a tower in my home office. I like the convenience of having the laptop when I travel, rather than a notepad. The 2 in 1 feature is useful, the price of the item was great.

It’s a decent laptop. I only had it for a few days and then returned. In my personal opinion, the battery life was sub par and the keyboard was awkward. I’m giving it a 4 star so I don’t drag the rating down when I didn’t have it that long

I've been very happy with this laptop. Previously I owned a Toshiba Satellite. I'm one of those people that's not real techy, I can only tell you about speed and getting the job done. From that aspect this probably the best laptop I've ever owned. The Solid State Drive really helps it load fast, which has always been a big deal for me. I hate waiting. I don't think you'll go wrong if you buy this laptop for basic work and school functions.

My daughter started a new job and needed a newer computer her work. This computer meets all her needs, speed and capability. She is a happy camper!
