I am enjoying my new Dell Inspiron. It offers every feature I need. It is taking me a while to le as run Windows 10 after using 7 for all my computing before. Love the clarity and touch features.

This computer is fast and very lightweight! The battery isn't the best but I knew that when I purchased it. Some colors on web pages look little off as well but it is not a big deal. For the price I recommend it.

When our old laptop crashed and burned, we needed to replace it. After doing a lot research we concluded that Dell fit the bill for our needs. Fast and easy to use every time all the time.

I love the versatility of this laptop! The touchscreen feature is so fun! Super quick and charge lasts a long time! Super lightweight and easy to carry with you!

I'm using my laptop right now and I would never purchase another laptop without a touchscreen! It comes in so handy. When the pandemic hit and I had to fill out paperwork for my Dad's business, his computer was a mess to work on, and he needed to sign paperwork. So thank God this was so easy to just transfer everything over and do it all on this laptop! Only thing I wish I would have noticed is I like the numeric keys on the right hand side and never noticed this laptop didn't have them. But that's minor stuff! Great overall laptop can't go wrong with it!

This unit is super fast, light weight and has a touch-screen. Love it compared to my old computer that blew a hard drive! Here's hoping the the SS Drive lasts longer!

My older laptop needed replacing (five years old) and I had bought this same laptop for my wife last year. Cannot believe how fast it is and that I waited so long to upgrade.

All my older laptops have SSD harddrives. I needed a new laptop with touch screen for work. This one I like alot as size is good for carry on bag, also the battery time is great, and it dont burn you up with heat. Battery seems to be internal, and no disk drive. No problem really, I carry usb dvd drive. I would not use this for PowerPoint presentations because my eyes are old, I use a larger laptop for powerpoint work. I did upgrade to win10 pro. Good Bang for the buck.

My last Dell laptop was almost 10 years old, lol never broke until now, so I definitive had to get another Dell, best decision ever. I got a great upgrade with this 2in1, love the keyboard and the fingerprint signing. the screen size is great for me I dont plan to travel with this laptop, it will basically stay at my home, feels light anyway. Very easy startup much faster than my sons HP which the hinge just broke after 6 months of use. Really planning to learn more about what else I can do with it. By the way, Cortana scared me at setup hahaha I realized how much I needed a new PC.

Got this for my daughter and she loves it! Never had a touch screen before and it's become one of the favorite things. Easy to use and fast even with multiple pages up.

I purchased the 2 in 1 option thinking it would be more convenient to use but it isn't for me; I still prefer using the standard feature of a regular laptop. Not having had a laptop with all the possibilities of this one, I'm having trouble experimenting to find out what I can do on it. A little scary for a guy my age. However, the touch screen feature on this laptop seems better to use than the last one I tried. Very convenient.

Great screen quality and touch sensor, love the keyboard and how fast everything is. It has not slowed down on me. Speakers and battery life are alight they would be improved

I’m so glad I stuck with Dell. I love that the laptop is thin and made of metal. The touch-screen is a new feature fore me, but it works amazingly. I would love it if there was a case available that would cover the keys while in tablet mode...they are disabled and don’t work while using as a tablet, but I would prefer a smooth surface instead of feeling the keyboard keys. I also wish it had more than 2 USB slots, but there is a C-type slot that allows for an external hub connection.

I use mine for remote work and appreciate its speed and lightweight makeup. I had no issues with set up and am very happy with the purchase.

Terrific, lightweight computer. Easy to use, lightening fast, many nice features. Just wish it were easier to open up. There is no latch.

We recently had to replace an Apple computer. This computer was used to create weekly Keynote presentations and web page content. We just could not justify the cost of another Apple product plus the additional costs for adapters to connect HDMI and USB cables to Apple’s proprietary connection. We are more than happy with our decision. PowerPoints look great and people are pleased. The website looks as good as ever. All that and we probably saved $800. Couldn’t be more pleased with Dell!

Great computer. Fast. I love the touch screen. Love Dell products. Hope it lasts as long as my last one. Time will tell.

this laptop is very fast and super easy to use and navigate through all the programs. Very quick while on the internet.

Bought this laptop for my niece who's taking AP classes in HS. She had it out of the box and running within an hour of getting it home. She very quickly connected to the internet, set up her MS ID and pen stylus, then downloaded and installed MS-Office for students. All with very little oversight from me. She also quickly transferred all her school files from her portable drive, and made one of her favorite pics a screen saver. So I'll give 5 stars for ease of use, although my niece needs to get some credit since she too demonstrated her skills with a PC and ability to follow directions. While the price (on sale) was more than reasonable (another 5 stars), I don't yet know enough about how well it will hold up in a classroom, bus, backpack environment, so I'll hold back on giving it a perfect score till she gets to graduation.

I purchased this Dell Inspiron for my personal use and have found it to be superb in every way I need it. It has a comfortable keyboard, large screen, and higlhy reliable electronics. Its ease of use is exceptional I find, it is readily portable, and its memory is more than adequate for my purposes. I would recommend this laptop to anyone needing a powerfull everyday computer workhorse.
