I bought this laptop for school. Starting my undergraduate online and needing something easy to use. I would highly recommend this laptop to anyone.

Love the keyboard. Display is very good and the build quality is excellent. Speakers are just OK. Bought as a return so got an even better deal.

The laptop's screen is not bright enough for my personal preference. Otherwise, than that minor flaw, the computer has a very nice appearance and the performance is very fast.

First off, had great service from Christian and Peter at the Union City location. I knew what I wanted and they made it happen at the right price. Needed a high performance computer that was lighter than my earlier Del land this one with the solid state drive meets my needs. Have been using the computer for about a month now and I am very pleased with it and Best Buy.

I spilled liquid my old laptop and was in the market for a new one. I'd done limited research online, but I was really clueless about all the new tech, apps, 2/1s, touchscreens, ssds etc. Enter Alex K. he took time to explain everything I needed to know about each brand I inquired about, the processors, memory, speed, Windows ink. He sold me on this Dell, that performs rings around my old Samsung. It is super fast and quiet. I've not noticed it heating up like an old HP I had. I have multiple things running and there's no lag at all. The screen is crisp high Def. The keypad is backlit, but looks kind of strange because there's no number pad and it sits rather close to the screen with lots of space at the bottom, and sides of the (very responsive) trackpad. It folds very fluidly, and the hinges appear durable. The case is mettalic, and looks and feels very well made, (a little heavy) not plasticy and cheap. The battery life is only ok, although I've not actually timed it. Alex bundled my purchase up with a bamboo pen, and portable dvd/cd drive and used my student discount to give me a great deal! Thanks to him I am extremely pleased with my new 2/1 laptop!! I would recommend this Dell if you're considering it, and I would highly recommend Alex K. for whatever your computer purchasing needs are!!

It is a very nice, light, compact computer for my needs. Screen resolution is beautiful. I need help figuring out the new Windows program which is frustrating to learn.

I like the different features... however when flipped it to use as a tablet.. it was kinda confusing to get it back as a computer. I had to call geek squad to help me.

This is an excellent laptop 2-in-1! The size is a bit unwieldy, but if you are buying anything over 13.3" then you should already know that. The build quality is not as nice or tight as the XPS lineup, but the price is WAY more budget friendly. The screen is amazing. The touch input is a touch of perfection and works great with my Bamboo stylus. It does not get hot like the XPS. The battery (I've only owned it for a week) is amazingly long for its size. It feels solid enough but time will tell since the floor model showed some signs of stress at the edges. Keyboard is nice, but I'm not a huge typist so don't take my full word on it. I bought this for work, school and some light photo editing; so far no problems. This thing boots really quick and it has not been bogged down yet by my average use. I'm not a gamer, so I won't judge it based upon those specs. Overall, for the price, you are getting a great machine that exceeds the expectations of the XPS line. Enjoy!

my son has enjoyed this computer and hasn't had any issues thus far. it has more than satisfied the needs of college.

I needed a computer for my son who is going to college and wanted one that could last his 4 (I hope) years. This provides i7 technology, plenty of storage / ram and is compatible with a digital pen (one of his favorite features). The college discount ($100) helped too (go to Best Buy.com for college student discounts).

I got this lapop for college, and I don't know much about technology so the salesman suggested this one. it's fast, light, and overall works wonderfully. it charges fast, and holds the charge which was very important to me. it's very easy to use so it's great for a beginner or a pro! I definitely recommend this one.

Work horse with plenty processor speed. Did not choose for gaming but chose for work with spreadsheets/ research.

My Dell laptop is cutting edge tech! The solid state drive has me up and going when my last laptop was still loading! Very happy with the purchase! Thanks again, to the knowledgeable staff at Best Buy that listened to my needs and guided me to the matching product! Would have purchased the wrong item without them!

Figured it was time to get a new PC. This satisfies that. Can believe you now have to pay for Windows each year
