    Bought this dell inspiron 16 open box excellent condition, did not receive a charger, description said nothing about having to buy one, customer service said to go to the closest store to get one, thats over a 4hr round trip hence the reason i ordered on line. Two days later i finally got to turn it on, computer is fine shape, just not happy with having to order a 65$ charger after buying a new computer that was supposed to have one to start with. Thats the reason for 3 stars
