The dell 17 inch was nice Good screen view speed was ok Could use a ssd This is a heavy pc to move around or carry I need something a little smaller Over all give it 4 stars for over all speed and weight

I really have enjoy using this laptop. I find moving around very easy. The touch screen is a great bonus. I also like that I can split the screen to work on 2 things at once. Being able to flip it all the way over and use it is just another added feature.

Bought this computer to work outside and do school work and I have yet to find a complaint. It's full flip around motion is amazing. Love the ability to touch the screen and work at the same time.

This is one of the best laptops that I have purchased the battery life is excellent it feels like it is more than 10 hours the touch screen is flawless. I purchased two in one laptops before I had problems with closing and opening.

After spilling tea on my old Dell XPS laptop during the dissertation proposal writing stage of my graduate program, I needed to get a laptop as soon as possible. I bought this computer because it was the best option at my local bestbuy with an i7 core. This was the first time purchasing a computer from a local store rather than customizing one on the Dell website. Right at the start, there was something wrong with the video/graphics card. A video scheduling error kept showing up and automatically restarting my computer. The Salisbury, MD geek squad was great at trying to trouble shoot the error, but had no luck in fixing it permanently. Within two weeks of purchase, I exchanged it for the exact same computer, thinking maybe the card itself was damaged. The exchange process was quick and painless. So far, this computer is functioning great with no crashes and restarting from errors! The geek squad warranty is definitely recommended when purchasing this computer because of the potential software errors and Bestbuy's short return policy. Overall, Dell still makes a good product, but I think Windows 10 needs some updates and fixes.

Like the functionality of this 2-in-1. The touch screen is very sensitive and responds well.Also, it's a little heavier than expected. Overall, it's a great computer.

This is a great machine. I didn't have time for Dell to make me the exact machine I wanted (solid state drive), so when I found this one, I knew it was THE ONE. Understand, though, this is not for constant portability. It's heavy. It's for taking it somewhere, putting it in place, and doing your thing. I got it because I'm doing a LOT of cloud documents, which I have to write about. The big keyboard and number pad make that easier. And the touchscreen is always nice.

All the usual solid design elements I expect from Dell. I never thought I would like Windows 10, but the touch screen and the ability to turn the laptop into a 'pad' and just access the screen is really cool.

Large bright screen, love the touch screen and the ability to fold over and use as a ginormous tablet. Fast processor which makes my job a lot easier.

17 inches is a great screen size for a laptop. Touch screen works well. Plenty of CPU and memory for windows 10 and streaming apps. The two in one functionality makes it a great tablet as well..

Folds up like a tablet, it is awesome. Love the touch screen feature. Webcam is great for Syke, better than we expected. Graphics are sweet. The backlit keyboard is a nice feature also.

Its a nice laptop.... Love the touch screen.... People should buy this... I've been using this recently and its very fast....

Lots of power and memory for the price. Did not realize there is no CD drive. That was a bummer as I had to go purchase one.

Solid computer for the price, A little heavier than what I'm used to but sound, screen, and ease of use is what I wanted.

This was purchased as a work computer. We did some upgrades in memory and to a SSD. This made the computer much faster and it handles the work load well

Just an absolutely wonderful laptop, big screen, hi-def, super fast and easy to use with full numeric keyboard, touch screen etc.. I'm very pleased.

Good Dell laptop loaded 12GB RAM, minimum. Not sure why Dell pushed the keyboard so far up on the laptop and left all that empty space to each side of the cursor pad. It's annoying to have to place my forearms on the laptop in order to use the keyboard.

The computer works good. I've owned Dell computers for a long time. It's very fast and efficient. There's just one issue. When I plug in the computer to charge it, the screen bugs out for a few seconds. It opens some programs (Word, internet) without me pressing anything and very large circles blinking appear, then it stops and I close the screens that I don't need and continue working. I would recommend if I can get past this minor issue.

This laptop has a huge touchscreen and plenty of horsepower to handle most of your computing needs.
