Bought this Dell to replace a 6 year old one. Easy to set up. Great battery life for what I do. Haven't had any touch screen issues.

Love my bigger screen Dell Inspiron 2-in-1 touch screen laptop. I will never have to worry about having enough memory again.

Needed the portability of a laptop but not willing to scrimp on screen size since I do a lot a spreadsheets. This device filled the bill! It's crisp, clear, fast and the touch screen is great. Easily turns into a tablet with the 360 deg hinges. A 17.3 inch tablet--can't get any better!

I bought this mainly as a mobile backup to my desktop pc. I refuse to purchase a laptop that doesn't have dedicated graphics and this was literally the cheapest 17" with it. So far I have only really used it for web browsing and music streaming (speakers aren't that great so I use external speakers), however I am interested in some basic graphics design utilizing the touchscreen. I Intend to install a few games soon to test out how it does with Sims4 and a few different MMORPG's but again, only as a backup to my self built gaming desktop pc. I don't know, maybe I'll be surprised by it's performance. The first thing that I see go bad on laptops is the hinges and this one seems very sturdy, especially since it is designed to fold fully open back on itself to use like a tablet. Although I am a HUGE fan of white, this laptop is like a brushed aluminum and looks very high quality. The edges of the screen and base have a gritty texture to them, I suppose to help with stability when propping it open like a tent. Overall, if you are looking for a 2 in 1 that is the larger screen size, this is definitely worth the money.

This computer is very fast and easy to navigate. The touch screen is very handy as well as all the many features it has.

I needed to replace my 8 year-old HP laptop with Windows XP operating system because it took 45 minutes to boot up. I only considered laptops with numeric keypads for faster number crunching, which limited my choices greatly. Dell - Inspiron 2-in-1 17.3 boots up instantly and comes with Windows 10. I haven't yet decided whether I"ll upgrade to Windows 10 Pro or not, which would allow me to sync my laptop with my PC to retrieve all my files. I purchased and installed (Samsung) 850 EVO 500GB Internal Serial ATA Solid State Drive at the time of purchase, at the urging of my husband. I don't use it every day, but I love the convenience of being able to use a laptop while watching TV, using it to retrieve exercise routines and cooking recipes in the kitchen, etc. I've had it 3 months now and am very pleased with my purchase. I love the touch screen for faster scrolling and for zooming in. The only thing I can't seem to get used to is the rigid metal right click of the mouse. Sometimes I can't seem to cut and paste in Word, or I accidentally zoom in too large on web pages. I wish it came with a DVD/CD drive. I had to purchase an external DVD drive separately. Be mindful, it only comes with 1 USB port,on each side, so it requires an additional extension cable to connect the external drive. The perfect laptop for me would have come with Solid State Drive, numeric keypad and DVD drive, but of course that would have been way out of my price range. I got a tremendous value for my money buy purchasing during the back to school sales. It is a bit heavy and longer than many laptops due to the numeric keypad, but I don't take it out of the house, so that was not an issue for me. The hinge for flipping it in a "V" shape is very sturdy and I love the brushed metal casing. Nothing is plastic. It's built to last, and as I said in the beginning, it boots up instantly.

Nice 2 n 1 product and the large touchscreen is great for apps and games

Not only a great price, but everything I need in a home computer. It was extremely easy to set up and connect to my wifi. Adding programs was simple and the Windows updates were automatic. You have the Geek Squad as a fall back, just in case you get stuck. The one thing I found out is the "hello" program works better if you go into setup and have it recognize you several times, the more, the quicker it recognizes you and logs you in.

This is a great laptop, it's a nice size, it's fast, reliable and I love all of the features.

love the size of the screen and the speed of this unit

As a senior citizen, I was looking the replace the laptop I have had for about 10 years. This model has a screen large enough for me to see and read the information without having to squint. The lights behind the keyboard help me type the correct letters in a darkened room. It is a little large for a LAPTOP, but I absolutely love it. Thanks to BEST BUY associates who took the time to help me with my purchase.

Love it so far. It's easy to use and I love the size.

Runs fast, lots of memory. No problems yet. I dislike that there's no dvd burner, though.

It's a good product by Dell. Definitely better for gaming, video editing and to a certain extent of engineering activities. Handsome amount of memory and hard disk space helps the user to achieve better performance during activities but dual core processor kills high end, high speed activities. Overall a good device.
