This all in one was purchased as a back up computer. It came in handy once Rona hit. Haven't had any issues with the open box product.

This is a pretty good system overall. We got it for an employee who is going to be working remotely and I've spent a considerable amount of time setting it up for them. Since it's already been reviewed in detail, I'll just throw up some pros and cons based on my experience...
PRO: Screen is a bright and clear 1080p.
PRO: Compact size allows it to be placed in smaller spaces.
PRO: i3 processor isn't a game changer but more than enough for office environments and basics+ for home users.
PRO: Enough RAM for all everyday tasks plus BASIC photo and video editing if needed. For more demanding photo/video work however, opt for an i5/i7 processor and more RAM.
PRO: SSD drives makes it quiet (no loud fan noises).
CON: SSD drive should be more durable than older drives, but the one they're using, while faster, is not top of the line fast for a SSD drive.
CON: USB ports are POORLY placed on back with monitor stand blocking reach. You will want a "USB Hub" to extend ports where you can reach them.
CON: No disk drive so you will want an external DVD writer drive.
Overall as said, this is a decent system for work and home. Dell is a little more easy to deal with than some other computer makers these days, though most times you will still be dealing out "out of country" call centers. We haven't had a ton of time so can't comment on longevity, but so far no glitches other than one - initially during setup it said our copy of Windows was "not valid"? So I had to click a special link to fix it, and when calling Dell they did now show the computer had actually been purchased yet, but they corrected this on the phone. So far, that's it. Solid.
