Very happy with my new purchase. I have always been a Dell fan and it did not change with this purchase.

Bought this for a new office position. Was unsure about a touch screen, which isn't terribly helpful as a data processing machine. The compact, essentially wireless, aspect of this pc is appreciated - as it the large screen size - allowing 2 full apps to be worked in at the same time.

I had issues with the 1st computer but Best Buy exchanged it out. The new one is great.

I scored this fantastic PC at Best Buy for $699.00. Evidently this was a "flash" sale because the next day it was back up to $849 (which, honestly, I would WILLINGLY pay for this machine). It does EVERYTHING I need it to do. I run music production software on it (RME TotalMix UFX and Sony ACID) while using Waves plug ins, and it handles this task as if it were nothing. Anyway, let's see: LIKES: Speed (boots up very quickly) Size (LOVE the nearly 24" inch screen) Small footprint (takes up very little space) Wireless keyboard and mouse (I've seen some complaints about both, but I find that they work perfectly, and the keyboard is very quiet) Touchscreen (essentially turns this into a giant tablet, hahaha. However, I find that I actually don't use the touchscreen much, though it's there if that's your thing) Adjust-ability (easily tilts to whatever angle you need) Build quality (very solidly made; nothing feels "cheap" about it) DISLIKES: None! (I will say that I didn't think I'd like Windows 10, but in actuality it is smooth, and I'm digging it). In short: if you are looking for a solid, fast, good-looking PC with a small footprint, GET THIS DELL. I'm out! Patbot2000 in Pinellas Park, FL

Practically every time I open the computer, it is not hooked up to the internet. First we tried WiFi, but the tech who takes care of electronics at our house finally gave up and installed Ethernet. The computer always thinks it's not plugged in, but it is. After going through several steps involving settings, it will connect most of the time. I have tried to move data from my old computer, an HP, to this Dell with no success. The Dell rep, Mona Lisa, will help if I buy and year long service contract for over $200, but she will not agree to refund the money if she is unable to move the data. I'm sorry I bought this thing.

I'm up and running now and this Dell computer is doing great. I decided I want to try a computer without the bulky tower. I'm enjoying the speed, massive memory, and the fact it takes up much less room. It's a big upgrade from my 5 year old computer. Thanks Best Buy and Dell!

This is my second Dell all in one and product is great. Compared this to equivalent HP and got better price and more gigs on hard drive, plus it looks great too. As always, the service at Best Buy is the best.

As always, I am happy with another Dell product. It more than passes my test. Great product.

The Geek Squad CAN NOT make my new HP PRINTER send faxes (without a 2nd telephone line just for faxes), or scan items to my new Dell all in one desktop computer. I am very disappointed in the Geek Squad technician. And..., the overall service from Best Buy.

My daughter wanted a new computer for Christmas and I didn't want to spend more than $1k. This computer is perfect for our needs.

This computer is fantastic, all that it offers, I am so glad I purchased this.

The only problem I've had is with the wifi connection sometimes losing the connection but it picks it right back up.
