Computer has been fine. Needed to contact HP to get printer driver for this PC. Still trying to get used to using Windows10. Disc drive does not seem to be working which may be a Windows10 issue.

Looks sharp and does what it is supposed to do. I got it on sale and honestly feel it was a great buy. I had geek squad clean it up and get rid of somethings I don't need and it runs fast and has plenty of memory. I'm very happy with my purchase.

The screen cracked on the edge from a really slight bump but I guess thats because its touch screen but otherwise it is nice just don't use it ws otten as i thought we would.

Smaller and lighter than the HP it replaced, Dissapointed with the flimsey mouse and CD/DVD drive. Living Windows 10 over 8.1

I'm very happy with my computer. Though I do feel the keyboard is quite generic considering the price. I do understand it is a touchscreen, I still prefer a keyboard mostly.

I love the computer, it's convenience , the fact that it don't take that much space.. This is my second one I have purchased.. So yes I would recommend it to a friend!!

This is the first Dell computer i have owned. It has worked good for what i use it for. I realy like not having any cords all over my desk it makes the room look clean

It's ok, it locks up frequently. Not really that impressed, especially for the price.

I have not had a Dell for awhile so I had to "relearn the Dell way". I am pleased with the machine and feel that I got a good buy. I did read online reviews.

I love the product but wish the salesperson had brought up that Microsoft Office was not includedand what my options were to include it in the purchase.

Replaced an old HP desktop running Vista. This all-in-one takes up less space, is significantly faster and has been very stable. Also, Windows 10 (I've used Windows 7 and 8) is so much better than Windows 8.

We are learning Windows 10. I am sure that once we become proficient in the new program it will be easier for us.

Bought this unit because I loved the giant screen and compact size of an all in one. Set the first one up and could not load the Microsoft store to try and download MS Jigsaw or MahJong. Could not even play the Solitaire that was supposedly already loaded on the machine. Tried to go to Yahoo page and would get a message telling me the browser could not find site about half the time. Called Geek Squad and she told me to return the unit. Replacement was just as bad. Try checking my mail, would get popup telling me I was not connected to the web, while the control panel was confirming I was. 1 day of frustration with machine number 2, and it went back in the box to be returned also. This time I took a refund. I have had home computers since the late 80s, and a number of them have been Dells over the years, but these were the last Dell machines I will ever buy. Don't know if it's a Dell problem or a Windows10 problem, but for now I'll stick to my old Windows7 laptop, slow that it may be.

Love this Dell all-in-one! There's no tower so there's more room on the desk for a larger monitor. The Geek Squad did a wonderful job with setup and got my system ready in a matter of hours!

I've had this dell for about 1 month and the ports that hold the usb for the printer and wireless mouse have failed numerous times - the mouse will just stop working and the printer will show "off line" status for no reason. I have to pull out the usb's and put them back in and everything works again. this is a hassle . otherwise, I like the screen and the AIO compactness - really like how the screen moves as well - good mount.

I don't like windows 10 and I don't like some of the built in features of this computer

It is the most comfortable and effective vacuum cleaner on carpet and hardwood floors.it has unique design and very convenient because of its shape and suction power with brush .

This Dell computer is great. I love the display and the fact that everything is all packaged together. It actually gave me more workspace on my desk without the tower sitting there.

Got this for a senior center. Gets used every day by our senior friends. Upgraded to Win 10 with no problem. Perfect so far.

First one I purchased had to be taken back. It wouldnt go through setup process. Exchanged it for another one and it worked!
