Bought this all in one desktop knowing this is a good brand and since I have an old Dell laptop that still works good. This desktop worked for 1 week and then suddenly the screen went fuzzy and flickering and I can't log in. I tried to follow instructions I got online but to no avail. I got so frustrated that I returned this computer back to the store and purchased a different brand of desktop.

I was very excited to start using my new computer. The screen size is bigger than I am used to and the touchscreen is a nice plus that I didn't have before. Zooming in works great too. The keyboard and mouse are both wireless bluetooth and share one USB port. No big deal as there are 3 more. The keyboard uses two AAA batteries and the mouse uses 1 AA battery. I'll be curious to see how long they last. The set-up was super easy right out of the box. put the stand on the monitor/all in one (AIO), plug in the power supply, put the batteries in the keyboard and mouse and you are nearly up and running. I don't like edge, so I added chrome right away. Once you set-up chrome you can change the default search engine to Google if you like. I like the tactile feel of the keyboard. It is a normal size keyboard with a number pad to the right. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is that my first unit was defective. The screen would do different things like a 2 inch vertical bar just left of center. Then it seemed to work ok until the complete screen was blotchy and unreadable. Dell was great and replaced it pretty quickly. I understand that with electronics there may be faulty units out of the box. It is what the company does about it after the fact. I would still highly recommend this computer.

I have never used an All in one computer before and thought they were just kind of a gimmick. This computer is great if you don't necessarily need top end specs for demanding things like gaming at top graphics or anything. Saves space since you don't have a tower or anything. The 8th gen intel i7 along with the 12GB of RAM makes doing everyday tasks quite easy and fast. The only thing that I would say is I wished they added a SSD at least for Windows to boot a bit faster but the 7200 RPM HDD isn't bad. This also comes with a wireless keyboard and mouse which I honestly figured they would of added wired ones which is a nice surprise. The computer has 4 USB ports, 1 USB type C port, 2 HDMI ports and an audio jack which makes this very friendly to using other things like USB drives and other monitors. On the monitor of this computer it is a 1080P IPS Matt Display with touch screen and while I prefer glossy screens because colors pop more on those the Matt screen on this isn't terrible and the touchscreen works great.

Was very excited about this All-in-One based on the specs and the Dell brand. However started acting up with the screen flickering within 2 weeks of the purchase and then completely died a week later; all within 3 weeks of the purchase. Online bulletin boards show these to be common problems with this model. Wish I had looked for common issues before my purchase. Will be returning it to Best Buy to get a refund!

1 month after purchase the display on this computer started vignetting and showing vertical lines. Then horizontal lines. A couple more weeks and a notification popped up that drags the mouse to the corner of the screen every few seconds and cannot be dismissed. We have completed all troubleshooting recommended by Dell, were told they were sending a box for a repair return and it never showed up. This unit is going back to Best Buy and we'll be exchanging for a non-Dell computer. 2 months old and it's unusable.

I have tried many types of all in one desktops but Dell really hit the mark with this PC. It comes with everything you need to open the box, easily set up and start working. It is a beautiful machine with a touchscreen interface and a really sleek design and silver color. Not only that it comes with a keyboard and mouse and loaded with latest software Windows 10 and MS Office sample (if you have Office 365 already you can easily add it to this machine). The system is fast and has enough of the latest memory and chips to make doing tasks easy and seamless. Good investment and at a great price.

We purchased this and within a couple of days the screen “fuzzed out”. So we returned it and bought the same model. Within a week the same thing happened with the second computer. At this point I’m thinking that this is a glitch with the manufacture of this product. We returned the second one and bought a different brand. Too bad- I thought Dell had better quality than that.
