This replaced a very old computer. So what is not to like. My sister in law loves it. Being windows 8 is not only new but also something new to learn.

I am not the best at touchscreen technology, but this computer makes it fun and easy. I don't even use a touch screen cell, but wouldn't trade in my computer for anything.

It works and does everything I need...however I had told the salesman I needed a CD player/burner which this computer does not have...so I had to buy a external unit,,,another added cost and was not even offered a discount.,,I would only recommend if you do not need a burner.

The Geek Squad did a good job of getting the computer set up for us. I literaly just brought it home, took it out of the box & plugged it in and it was ready to go. I like the size of the monitor and the fact that the computer doesn't take up much space on the desk top.

This is a very good PC and I am very pleased with it overall. It is a pleasure to use it for Internet research, surfing, etc. The HD monitor is outstanding. My biggest complaint is there is no documentation for the new OS included which makes it very difficult to cope with the simplest of problems. I purchased one year of Geek Squad support but the first time I called them, they put me on hold for level 3 and never came back to me. Fortunately, Dell support was very helpful in solving my problem and they charged nothing for it. I immediately went to bookstore and bought copy of Windows 8 for Dummies which, IMO, is essential for making the best use of Windows 8. Windows 8 is a decent OS, but it is asking a bit much to migrate to it from Windows 7 without any documentation.

This computer is great. However, the mouse that comes with the computer is cheap and trash. I had to buy a new mouse shortly after purchasing the computer because the curser jumped all over the place. After purchasing a new mouse, I have had no problems. I wanted to just return the mouse but BestBuy would only return the whole unit, computer and all. I thought that would be a waste of a perfectly good computer so just bought a mouse.

I absolutely love this computer! It is very compact but has everything I need to play games online. I also have very fast internet and this computer keeps up and doesn't slow down at all.

Purchasing process was easy and quick. The PC came loaded with the basic software. Only thing missing is a CD/DVD drive.

The best part is the large screen - it took a while to set up and figure out but with the tutorial I was able to figure out how to do windows 8 and the touch screen very well. I have been very happy with it and no complaints.

I love the touch screen and the ability to go from program to program by touch and the graphics are awesome as well as the resolution. Just what I expected from Dell.

I have learned how to use the system and it is easy to toggle between several different programs when opened....and the main screen easy to get program with one click

Didn't have a DVD/CD drive and yet was advertised as an all in one. Had told salesperson I wanted all in one and he didn't know that it didn't have this feature. Would have had to buy an external drive in order to us DVDs or CDs with the computer. If I had known it didn't have the DVD/Cd drive I wouldn't have bought it and had to exchange it for another computer.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPUTER TO EVERYONE. GREAT touch screen feature and space saver, love the fact that you can use without a keyboard. Love it!

This has been hands down my computer i have ever bought!

We really like this all-in-one pc. With one cord we accomplished everything: speakers, mouse, keyboard, monitor, etc. It looks great in our living room--not cluttery at all. The screen is large but not too big. It makes it easy to have a couple different things open at once, and I really like the split the screen feature from Windows 8, even though some other aspects of Windows 8 are confusing. The computer "wakes up" a lot more quickly than our old PC, which is nice if you are in a hurry to check something.

It has an articulating arm for rotating the monitor even to a flat position like a pad if you want. It also has a substantial heavy base which houses the motherboard and connectors, most of which are USB 3.The i3 processor is adequate but an i5 would be better. All-in -all it's a great computer with expected Dell quality. Sound quality is adequate with the built in speakers though Bluetooth speakers can be added for better sound.

I was not looking forward to changing computers but it was easier than I expected and the screen resolution is great.

So far it has been very easy to use just have to get used to this versus my laptop.

I am pleased with this device thus far. I've owned it for one month. So far it has kept up with all of my demands. Fairly user friendly.

I love the machine and the ability to move from task to task easily. The learning curve was quite large for me. I appreciated having access to you tube videos to coach me through the process. I am still having some difficulty finding some of my backed up files.
