This system is awesome! Very user friendly & sleek.

This is a great computer for a college student trying to get more for there money by going for a desktop rather than a laptop. It is very fast. I haven't had any problems with it slowing down when I am multitasking. I often have 20+internet tabs open when working on research projects, have a word processor open, and music playing all at the same time. The screen is so big that I can even have a video playing on half of the screen and my word processor or internet browser on the other half. The problem I have had is likely more a Windows 10 problem than a Dell problem but I wish Dell would update there bluetooth drivers so that everytime windows does an update it didn't uninstall my bluetooth drivers which I do use every day if they are installed. When I try to reinstall from the Dell website it doesn't work with this most recent update. If you don't use bluetooth I highly recommend this computer.

This machine was everything I had hoped it would be. Study innovative and fast. Love the touch screen.

I bought 2 of these computers. I opened the box of the computer and spent 30 minutes setting up the computer only to realize that there were pixels out on the computer. I opened up the second one and the same thing was present on the other computer. I had to return both to get new ones. I had to sit there for an hour arguing that the pixels were out at the store. The geek squad argued with me saying "it wasnt that bad". I didnt take "no" for an answer. Eventually, they were both replaced. Best buy called to discuss with me. I was busy and asked them to call back, but they never did. They work great now and I would highly recommend, but beware of manufacturing issues.

Seems to work great so far! Love the screen and the ability to use either mouse or touchscreen.

I love my new computer. Just plug it in and it works. Takes up so little space. Its fast and the picture is crisp and clear. I wasn't impressed with the sound so I hooked up my Bose speakers and its amazing. Once I start playing, its hard to get off of it and go to bed. :)

I had my old computer since 2004. Windows 10 seems nice but is different than my hp home edition. The pictures is hard for me because I was used to my pictures which was so simple. To many steps for studio 5, Will need help for awhile with my pictures, plus pictures for organizations scrapbook. Since I only use for personal letters and documents and the scrapbook will be just right for me.

Very easy to use and great monitor to view. Nice to have an all in one system.

Slim lines of the processor and swivel touch screen make this desktop PC a nice compromise for customers who still want a desktop but also like the portability concept of a lap top and the smaller physical space required for use. I'm enjoying the touch screen feature immensely. I can navigate much the same using it as with my touch phone screen, but I can also use the mouse/keyboard.

Excellent performance. Has a dual hinge that tilts and adjust to the height of the screen--very nice accompaniment. The computer is very responsive, has a thin profile, and overall excellent day-to-day performance--opening and closing apps. copying and pasting files and pictures. Works like a charm.

Easy to navigate. Nice big screen and volumn is excellent.

I enjoy my new Dell 23 inch Inspiron touch screen computer. Large screen easy to see and use even without glasses. The built in camera makes it easy to use programs like Skype

I had researched the Dell Inspiron i3 which had everything I wanted. When I went to the store, a clerk came over to help us. He said the i5 would be better and was the same price. I should have matched the description, because when I received it, it did not have the cd drive that the i3 had. So I had to purchase an external drive and it takes up room on the desk. Also, there are only two USB ports on the back and one of them has a Dell reader for the mouse and keyboard so that only left me one port. When I installed my new printer, I had to disconnect the cd drive, install my printer, then reconnect the cd drive. Also the clerk was so new he had to ask someone for help continuously. Since the computer was not available in the store, it had to be shipped. He gave me a date of December 5th for delivery, which worked out perfect for us. I then received an e-mail that it would be delivered on November 30th, which was not a good date. I got this e-mail on the weekend, so I couldn't contact UPS until Nov. 30th. I was not able to contact UPS in Laconia, NH, which is where the computer was shipped to. I ended up spending from 7:00 am to 11:00 am trying to get my date changed. UPS kept charging me $5.00 with each change. I did get my $20.00 back from Best Buy, but I had to go into the store to get it. Then I had to go back and purchase a cd drive. All this aggravation made me not want to make another purchase from you. I do like my computer. So far it has met my expectations. Also, when the clerk tried to use my existing Best Buy Rewards card to put my purchases on, it didn't work, so he gave me another number, which is the number above. So far, none of purchases are showing up. I will probably have to make another visit to the store to straighten this out as well.

My wife needed a new computer for the office and she also wanted a larger screen. This computer was exactly what she needed. So far it has worked exactly as advertised.
