The screen is such an improvement over the small one I have been using. I am glad I included Word software in my package as well as the cd attachment. The features for writing and for emailing make my work easier than it has been. This purchase is an excellent choice for me.

Easy to setup and use for our kids. We bought this so our kindergarten could play ABC Mouse and other educational games. The setup was easy and having the touch screen is a nice option for the kids to interact with. Got this computer on sale and definitely worth the purchase!

This computer has a big touch screen, a keyboard and mouse. The camera is cool as it pushes in and out from the top. Pretty straightforward computer that even my kids can handle.

Overall a pretty good touchscreen computer. Bringing up the touchscreen keyboard was not always easy. The keyboard and mouse that came with it was OK quality. Very easy to set up.

This computer is easy to use compared to my last one. And, it takes up very little space on the desk. Salesman was very helpful , and I would be inclined to buy other items from Best Buy based on this transaction.

I got it for my kid doing zoom and so far so good. Touch screen is good for kids. Not the fastest but does the job. Come with everything needed.

I like it a lot. Just wish it had more USB ports on the side versus in back. A cam would have also been a plus. Love the wireless keyboard/mouse.

Overall a good product and a reasonable price. Have everything required apart from (and it has been mentioned hundreds of times) a CD drive

This is the 2nd one ive purchased for work now and love how fast and easy to use they are. The touchscreen and wireless mouse and keyboard are great features. Would definitely recommend this to anyone.

This computer is a great all in one. No need to have a huge tower, it is all together. So easy to put together, all you do is plug it in and turn it on. Love how you can hide the camera.

Very happy I with my purchase. Set up and use was really easy and it saves space because I no longer have a tower. My mom has one and recommended it to me when my old computer died.

Purchased this computer for my parents who were in dire need of an upgrade. They prefer all-in-one desktops because of is space saving design. Their previous desktop was also an all-in-one, but this one is a big step up at a decent price for this type of computer. The screen is a good size...the solid state drive will make things much more snappy for them...and the 256gb of storage and 8gb of RAM is fine for their usage. Overall, I think they are quite happy with it.

I like the touchscreen computers. This one is pretty large so no trouble seeing what’s going on. The clarity of pictures are great. Seems to be easy to maneuver from screen to screen.

Bought this for a client of mine who needed a windows computer to do some basic stuff when at his vacation home. This fit the bill, and was the right price. I don't care for the requirements on some of the things you have to sign up for, but I think its a Windows complaint - as you can guess, I am a Mac guy.

I am enjoying my new new computer.I recently purchased a dell all in one desk top. since I had owned one before. I find the new one to be easy to use. Great picture.

When I went shopping for a new computer at Best Buy, it was the first time I had seen an All-In-One set up. It is so nice to not have the unsightly tower I had previously, plus no speakers taking up working space. I had Geek Squad come to the house to do the set-up and feel very confident that everything is as it should be. I had fought having a new operating system and software with which I was not familiar. However, I have not had one problem or situation that I could not easily solve.
