    When it was working,it was doing good. Less than 3 weeks of using it, I was receiving an error screen at start up. TPM not found. Called Dell's outsourced help center. They eventually found out that it was missing the above mentioned TPM module and wanted me to send it back to them to install it with a 15 day turn around. I took it to Best Buy and had the Geek Squad crew look at it. After trying various things and after I told them what Dell suggested, they recommended to exchange it for a different one, which I did. I can only assume the battery life and speed are average, based on my slightly longer than 2 week usage. The screen pictures were bright and vibrant.
