Nice laptop for my daughter to use in college. Hard to find an I7 processor for $450. Dell is a plus as it is not full of extra junk you don't want.

This is a great computer for a college student. The screen is great and the speed is amazing. The speakers also give clear sounds. Great overall.

This laptop is really awesome. Faster than my previous laptop. Multitasking with no performance drop. Easy to navigate. Gorgeous black color, which I really like. Only problem is there is no backlit light. So, darkness might give you some hard time while working. Otherwise, it's an excellent laptop with core i7 2.4 GHz with upto 3 GHz booster. Really works good under pressure. If you are trying to get this one, you can go for it!

I love the speed of the computer, with me going back to school it is awesome.

Somehow I really thought the i7 processor would be super fast and it is not; however, it does manage multiple tasks without slowing down. You can do so much with this you'll forget you have oogles of programs running at once. The "numlock" key takes a bit to program it as does disabling the mouse pad but Windows 10 is awesome. Thanks for bringing back the desktop on the screen.

Love my new laptop. Very fast & user friendly. Had everything I needed, but it is upgradeable if I want to change the RAM or hard drive.

The icon that's supposed to appear to order the upgrade wasn't there. I went to the Dell support icon, where it said testing wasn't fully done on this laptop for win10. I wasn't about to use win8, so I returned the laptop. Price was great during July sale, only wish it would have upgraded to win 10.

Bought the Laptop on sale and totally satisfied. If your looking for a nice Fast laptop I would Recommend this one. Love the speed!

I purchased this laptop for day to day use at home. It works great. I have no complaints. Would buy the same one again if I had to.

I gave it 3 stars because I am disappointed with the speed. When I saw an i7 processor at this price, I thought the laptop would be blazing fast. It isn't. Keyboard is too sensitive, although that probably can be adjusted. Just haven't figured that part out. Also, I'm not crazy about Windows 8.

As a personal computer, this one couldn't be more perfect! I do stream movies/tv shows and everything is crystal clear! The size/weight of this laptop is easy enough to travel with, or use as just an at home laptop. I would highly recommend this laptop....only regret-- I wish purchased it a few days prior for the black-friday in July sale!

A very good computer for the price. Very good for my telescopes celestial calculations. It just needs more Ram to be excellent.

I have had the laptop for a month now. Very speedy, keyboard is easy to use and overall a great laptop. Seems very well built.

This computer was a great step up for my daughter, who is just starting grad school. The price was better than we hoped for.

The Dell had everything I wanted and needed at the right price.

Had Toshiba but switched back to Dell Best buy for the money

I researched this product and my local store only had one return and it was checked by the Geek Squad and found to have no issues. I, therefore, received an additional discount for an "open box product." I've had no problems thus far and overall am very happy with it.

Exelent for college homework and fast ,my doughter love it

With all the talk of computers being disposable and my experience with a cheaply made HP, I am quite impressed with the build quality of this computer. Just feels solid, the hinges are tight, but not too tight. Also like the textured surface, helps keep it clean. Speakers are also pretty decent for a laptop, still can't manage much bass but more than the "beats audio" in the HP.
