Best Buy was very efficient at exchanging the laptop that was broken and getting it to my daughter in a timely manner so that she could have it in two days for her college classes

So far it has been great except for the frustration of every time you turn it on you have to wait for updates.

This computer is for my son who is in his freshman year of college. It has plenty of memory and hard drive. It was easy to download the applications required and is running great.

Got the 15” screen size and it’s a bit heavy but totally worth having the extra screen real estate. It’s a sturdy machine; not cheap at all. It’s been a great purchase so far.

The size, the speed, the many different ways I can use ir because of the 2 in 1 feature. Keyboard lights up to illuminate for easy navigation in low lit situations.

Purchased for husband. Seems to like it. The response time for startup and search engine and graphics is very quick. Always a learning experience when updating to a new laptop.

I bought 2 Dell laptops from Best Buy. My XPS is 3 years old and is flawless. This laptop is bigger and heavier but still boasts the sharp display and great performance.

Screen resolution is great and has great graphics for my design work. The stylus is an added bonus.

I had used this same device at work and the functionality was great. When I retired I wanted the same functionality and so I built the same capabilities at home.

This laptop is a beast!! I added another 16GB RAM and it's working great with 32GB of RAM. I like the fact that has USB 3.0 and USB C ports.

Perfectly fits my needs for work and school with the i7 processor and 360 flexibility. Battery life is good and holding place for the pen is a lifesaver.

System is good but too expensive for the configuration

Fast starts, great processing speed, nice screen graphics, great for gaming or easy to use for business. The SSD seems to make this fly through applications.

I previously had the surface book 1 and went to this laptop. So far it has surpassed the capabilities I assumed it had. Good enough to run steam games.
