    I would recommend this laptop to anyone. It is just what we needed for our company and personal use. Very easy to set up and use. Never had a Dell before but really pleased with the product and price.

    I had so many problems with this laptop I had to return it. It looked good and had good specs and I'm sure the problems I had were specific to my machine. I got it open box so when I returned it I was unable to swap it and had to get a refund. The first problem for me was the resolution. This is apparently normal on the 2in1 machines and means certain browsers like chrome came up with minuscule bars that is hard to correct without really lowering the quality of the picture. The picture quality on its higher setting was exceptional though and a great positive. The specific issues I had were that it ran very slow with nothing yet installed and the wireless kept failing. In addition the speakers started to really crackle. Best Buy let me get a refund very quick with no hassle and I ended up going for a cheaper HP which I've really enjoyed using.
