The best laptop I've owned

One click and the system already started running. The touch works fine, it runs video and photo editing software just fine. I never run out of battery while working, I'd say it lasts for 7 hours navigating in normal use. The sound is great, I can watch movies and shows as if it was a small tv. The color of the laptop isn't so green, looks more metallic green-grey which I appreciate. It was also very easy to connect my phone to the laptop so I can access it from the laptop and see all the notifications. The only problem that I found is that the package that it came in was broken and left me wondering about the (unsafe) handling of the item. But the laptop wasn't damaged so it wasn't a big deal (inside the box there is extra cardboard that protects the laptop, it doesn't move around at all).

Has a nimble feel and is very capable as laptop or tablet. The screen’s ability to fold back over on itself is the best feature. The backlit keyboard is also nice.

Worth the money

The touch screen is a bonus as it can act as a tablet when you need it. Good for home and office (after you upgrade to Windows Pro).

Lost windows ten (10).

I was not able to restore the windows 10 operating system. Finally after attempting to restore it, it decided to restore, why? I cannot say or identify what problem it had, siting idle for three days should not have caused this mysterious action.

Dell - Inspiron

I have to get used to the stiffness of the mouse pad and become more familiar with the product. For years my laptop purchases have been through my job so I am used to someone setting it up for me.
