This was a replacement desktop for my wife. We talked to a sales associate in store about her computer use and needs. We got guidance that was easy to understand. This made making the decision to buy this unit fairly simple and straightforward. It took me awhile to get everything up and running. She had Vista on her prior computer and this one has Windows 10. It took a little bit of adjustment. She is not a technophile but nonetheless found the change to be relatively painless. I have been using 10 on a desktop for awhile and that really helped me in setting up the new computer.

love the computer, I have always liked Dell, the windows 10 program still has some glitches that they are working out, mostly with the display driver updates.

Easy to hook up and use, and a very reasonable price. Only complaint is the ports for photo cards and HDMI cables in the front. Could be better located.

Not been used alot yet but - very quick and easy set up and start up. New to Windows 10 is my biggest issue - and that has nothing to do with the machine

This computer replaced a 3 day old Dell which had replaced a 5 year old Dell. The new Dell went into a permanent blue screen death loop. Both computers had 1 trig hard drives and exactly the same working memory. I like this computer, and it has already lasted almost 2 weeks, but I don't like the sideways CD/DVD slot, especially since I use it a lot. It was a good computer for the price.

I purchased this for my parents for Christmas. ..they say it's the fastest computer they have ever owned. For the price I was happy to hear it.compared to other similar brands this model was close to $250 cheaper.

Purchased this for my grandma to have an every day computer for her business. It is fast, has lots of memory and a decent price. Comes with a mouse and keyboard.

I normally have an all-in-one without the tower/brain but we were in a crunch since I work from home I needed a computer ASAP. So far so good, runs fast, quiet. Easy to turn on, use USB port and the SD card slot.

I owned a Dell Inspiron 580 for five plus years and experienced near perfect performance the entire time. I was performing a muli-monitor reaarangment and unplugged the CPU from the UPS thinking it was the monitor's plug. What everybody warned me to never do, I just did! And everybody was right! From that point forward the computer wouldn't do anything. No Windows Log in, No Dell Splash, No Safe Mode, No Pre-Boot Diagnostic, Not even Bios Setup! I concluded that operator error led to demise of a perfectly good and long lasting machine. Consequently, I purchased a Dell Inspirion 3847 which from a hardware standpoint is very similar to the Inspirion 580. New machine performing flawlessly and ALL plugs have been labeled!

Had an older tower with 4G and wanted to upgrade to 8G. Dell has been a consistent performer in past experience and is a mainstay in the PC world.

I have had nothing but problems with this computer. I don't know who to blame but I will start with Dell, then Windows 10, then Quicken, Word Perfect, Chrome, Logitect. These same programs work on Windows 10 on my Laptop but not on this machine. I have updated everything I come across and while it runs somethings just don't want to work right. I have all ready complained to some of the above and will do the rest.later. I am not a happy camper.

Received as promised, the machine is exactly as described. Fast enough for my use. Runs cool and very quiet. First "off the rack" desktop I've bought in many years (usually assemble them myself).

We did some homework before buying the kids this computer. Had previously used a HP, but there isn't much difference between the two.

fast response and the Microsoft menu is easy to understand.very satisfied with this product.

This computer monitor combo and windows 10 is awesome. It was easy to setup and initialize. I am very happy with the speed and size of HD.

Haven't had any issues. Great processor power, plenty of space for storage, ram to do what you want without lag, just slap in a graphics card and it could be a decent gaming computer.

Purchased this desktop to replace older desktop. Works great so far and is quiet.

This is a great little computer for the price. It has a decent amount of memory, and processes quickly. Was a great replacement.

I never bought a new computer so I was shaky and hesitant at first. It has been 2 months now and I absolutely love it. The HDMI output is a really cool feature for hooking up to my TV. The Bluetooth feature is great as well when I want to listen to music at a higher volume. I can just pair it to my sound-bar and off it goes. I was new to WIn10 at first and didn't like it but after playing around with it's features, I wouldn't go back to Windows 7. (Wasn't a fan of Windows 8). Highly recommended

This is an all around good desktop for your home or office. Processor speed is excellent and Windows 10 is easy to use.
