Bought this for my husband as a replacement for a 10 year old desktop that was seriously in need of replacing. He loves it. It works well for his League of Legends and other online games. His only complaint is that he's not overly fond of Windows 10.

It is a very nice upgrade from my core 2 duo inspiron desktop. The i5 is a quad core processor running at 3.2ghz and though the ram is ddr3, there is plenty of it. For those who are looking to upgrade the video card, the tower comes with dell's stock 300w PSU so you'll need to purchase a higher power unit as well.

We bought this on sale for the kids, great price, fast and reliable!

Be aware that I don't claim to be a knowledgeable person when it comes to computers. My previous Dell was at least 10 years old and about as healthy as I am. My issues were mostly about processing speed and memory. I shopped through the different variations and features before selecting this particular unit. What I got was beyond my expectations. It has more of everything than I will probably ever use, or even understand. Of course what attracted me was the price. All I can tell you is this computer is faster and better in every aspect. I have no problems of any type. It performs beyond expectations and is teaching me along the way. It will take me places I never anticipated, and allow me to do things I never imagined. My computer geek friend calls my computer a magnificent machine. I agree.

I've had the computer for a few days. I like the HDMI connection for the monitor. I like the fact that there are two 3.0 USB slots on the machine. This makes data backup to my external hardrive, which is also fashioned with a 3.0 USB connector, much faster. I bought the bundle which included a 24-in Dell monitor. Both are working very well. I like the fact that Windows 10 was factory installed on the machine too.

After shopping several brands and being an HP consumer, I switched to Dell. Fast, tons of storage and easy to maneuver. This is a home office computer and totally serves my needs.

i chose Dell because it has by far been the best brand laptop i have ever owned. In fact it was abused more than any other i have had (dropped by hospital staff in rehab) and never phased it. So i decided to stay with the brand but go back to a desk top model as it was a much better system (speed and memory) for the price.

After using Dell for years at work, this is my first Dell I have purchased. After a month using it I feel I made a good choice. It is fast with lots of memory and thus far has been trouble free. Still getting used to Win 10 and enjoying all it's features. A very nice computer.

My Del is really fast am learning on it. So far it has been real easy for me to use. Am over 65 and have trouble on computers but this one is great.

Easy to set up and get started. Good introduction to the software on the computer. Windows 10 is easier to use than I thought it would be. Quiet, no hard drive noise. Large hard drive storage. Great deal for the money.

This is a great tower for the price I paid. More than enough memory and quick speed, its exactly what i needed.

Was afraid of getting windows 10 until I bought this desktop. the system is very fast and easy to use if you're used to windows 8. Only have had it a month but everything I do has been a seamless transfer of programs and files. Outstanding computer.

Our computer was outdated, slow and had by comparison a small memory. This one is an excellent upgrade. Very fast and lots of space. We just use it for online access, not gaming or streaming, so can't speak to that, but love it for what we use.

The product features: processor speed, memory capacity & the 2TB hard drive make for a very efficient and capable desktop...so quick. And wireless

I've bought a ton of these Dells systems through BestBuy and they are perfect for most people. Not overkill which usually equates to money down the toilet and it doesn't come pre-loaded with a bunch of garbage. Not to many people need more than this. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I love SSD drives but to be honest, that puts us into a new ball park. One time recently I replaced the Sata drive that comes in this system with a 500 gig SSD drive and used the internal drive as a backup drive. Client was very very happy with that. I'll be doing it again in the future. Regardless of what hard drive you use, be sure to backup. A hard drive is a hard drive and they fail, new and old ones. :-)

I only needed a desktop for basic computing and playing games like Sims. So far so good. Not quite as fast as I thought it'd be, but fast enough. Great computer for the price. P.S. USB keyboard and mouse doesn't mean wireless (I feel really silly after realizing this, I was thinking how a wireless mouse usually has a usb plug). I actually like the keyboard it came with because it has raised keys. I'm old school typist and flat keyboards drive me crazy lol. Easy set up too.

I was very happy with the help we received at Best Buy in purchasing our new Dell. The associates were well informed & very knowledgible. In fact, we were looking for a higher end computer on a low budget; and they had an "open box" model Dell at a reasonable price. So, we decided that if it was Geek Squad "certified" that it would probably be fine for us. The computer is running smoothly and very fast. We were very happy with our decision to go with Dell & get it at Best Buy. That way we knew we'd always have support after the sale as well.

Have had this cpu for a couple of months or so and have had absolutely no problems. It has plenty of room at 2TB and plenty of RAM.
