It was a straight forward set up. There were no surprises and everything is functioning as expected. I have only had it a few days but at this point I am pleased and feel it is good value.

Love Windows10! Overall, this is a great computer for everyday computing tasks. I tried playing a couple of video games on it, but the integrated video card is not up the task.

Simple from the moment I plugged it in. Fast page pull up. so much storage I don't think I will ever use. quiet. I can't speak for the keyboard or mouse as I use my own. I would buy it again. Perfect for my needs.

I bought this computer because the hard drive on my old one (Dell Studio XPS...which I loved) died....I'm pretty certain because of my fiddling around with an upgrade of Windows 10. More than it could handle. When I got this new machine, it also had Windows 10 on it. (Windows 7 "no longer available" in the platform I needed.) I really had a hard time getting it up and running and getting my old software running....I'm no tech but I've been fooling with computers a LONG time. Several calls to the Geeks produced no results. Best advice I got was online forums. I finally got it running by myself. It's just the Windows 10 I don't like. I don't like all the bloat ware and constant bombardment from advertisers and software to buy this, join that, be social, interconnect with blah blah and blah blah, ad nauseum. It's like W10 is a gigantic machine that sucks you into buying their junk from their sponsors and advertisers. I just need the computer to run software that I choose. Other than that, I like the computer. I will probably get used to W10. It's very fast on software that I have installed. The sound card is much better than my old machine. It boots up much faster. It's very quiet.

I replaced a Dell desktop I had since 2005 with this machine. It gave me 11 years of good service and still worked fine although it got slower and just was no longer powerful enough. It ran Windows XP which I like much better than Windows 10. This computer was just as easy to set up as the old one was and is very fast. It has one expansion slot for a second hard drive or DVD drive. I have one I took out of the old machine that I am going to install. Over all this appears to be a good desktop and I hope it will last as long as my old one.

I have had several Dell computers and have had no real issues with any of them. My only problem is how the technology keeps marching along and suddenly the operating system can't handle things I need to do, etc. Otherwise, I was happy with my previous Dell system. So on to the new, bigger, better computer. Can't say I love everything about Windows 10, but once again, I have no choice but to get used to it. No problems with this hardware at all.

I am very happy with this computer. We have laptops but wanted a "home base computer" to store all of our pics,music,etc.. This unit has been 100% great. Lots of storage and very fast.

the dell computer is the best computer I have owned. The performance is outstanding and easy to operate.

What a novel idea, something actually works as promised / expected. Setup was easy. It boots quickly and runs quietly. Good value for the money.

Great desktop computer. Fast, easy to setup, fantastic improvement over my old HP which was on life support. Unit was on sale so price was pretty good as well. Good purchase.

I love my Dell, just wish Windows wasn't so crazy! Windows 10 is absolutely awful and full of glitches. I can't even use my start menu on my administrator account. I have tried all kinds of online fixes but nothing works. The size and working of the tower are great! It's Windows 10 that is a HUGE disappointment!

Excellent memory and hard drive capacity. Need for basic use, but also video editing. This provides the performance I was looking for.

This is a solid desktop computer with a lot of RAM. With a quad-core i5 processor and 12gb RAM, it easily handles any standard usage. Can't beat it for the price!

I purchased this computer for my office, it was incredibly easy to setup, runs very fast came with Windows 10 that I love would highly recommend this computer.

I want to replace my old PC with a new one, but I wanted to be affordable and at the same time powerfully and I believe this model was a very good purchase.

The Dell - Inspiron Desktop - Intel Core i5 is fast and delivers everything that it say it would, i been using it every day and have not a problem yet.

So far so good... really fast for everything I normally do on a desktop... I'm not a "gamer" so this unit fit my needs perfectly... great price, too.

On the first day I installed all my programs and removed ad ware. Restarted the computer and the computer started downloading updates and the computer shut down when the computer restarted a warning stated the computer didn't shut down properly. Computer would not start again. Computer CRASHED I had to reset the computer back to Factory settings & scan the hard drive {took 1 hour} and reload everything all over again. So far two weeks later everything is find and no problems. Very happy with this computer and the speed
