The other two computers had Windows 8 and I tried to have it upgraded to Windows 10, but a few days after upgrading it had a error message of "low in memory." This computer is a winner, I had Best Buy set it up and I have had zero problems.

I chose this computer because the sales person said that it would last longer than my last computer. It runs seamlessly. I can have multiple windows and programs working at the same time. It has been a pleasure to use. I'm actually glad my other computer died.
