I had an old workhorse dell that lasted 10 years and finally died. I got this dell and it is nothing like the old one. Loud and slow. I hate it

I bought this computer Sunday. I returned it the next day. The computer freezes and the video card kept going out while on the computer. I do like bestbuy and how they stand behide what they sell. They let me return it with no problem.

I was nervous at first purchasing something that was on the shelf for sale but so far it has been a great purchase.

Of all the computers I've had or bought, this has got to be the worst one. Never will I buy this brand again. I've seen this brand all over the place but Dell is not for me. This machine had a mind of it's own.

Ii was going to upgrade to windows 10 and discovered it was easier and more economical to purchase a new tower.

This item arrived on time and was exactly how it was described.

We use this in a garage, rough environment lots of dirt still works very well after 1.5 years

I purchased this tower online as an open box item. Upon recieving it it was obvious it was NOT LIKE NEW condition...Then I saw a Best Buy price tag on it $50.00 LESS than i paid..Customer service refused to do anything and I returned it...........

The system setup was easy and straight forward, but after a week the system slowed to an almost unusable environment. When you turn it on, go get a coffee. I have it directly wired into my internet router and the connectivity is very slow, over my 100M FIOS line.

very slow startup, locks up frequently, already crashed once after using 5 times.

This makes a nice little desktop to replace an old XP machine, and comes with everything you need but a monitor. It is very compact at 11 inches square and 3 1/2 inches deep. With an external power supply like a laptop, it is very quiet with only one little fan mounted on the Pentium processor. It has good performance with Windows 10 pre-installed. USB 3.0 and headphone connectors are front and rear mounted. The dvd drive works fine, but will not play Blu-rays.

Returned item because windows 10 wouldn't load because password was forgotten.

I purchased this Dell Inspiron 3252 desktop as a basic workhorse pc - which will not be my primary pc as I also have a macbook pro. I purchased this particular model due mainly to its price and because it runs windows 10 natively. In terms of specs this desktop is modest but mighty in that it offers a Pentium quad core processor and a fast 7200 rpm hard drive. Many other desktop computers around this price offer dual core Celeron processors and slower 5400 rpm hard drives. I haven't used the computer very long but can tell you for basic productivity use, web browsing, and even moderate tasks - this unit performs very well. Definitely worth a look!

Firmware crashed after 2 days of use, completely in repairable. Best Buy replaced it with a different model.

The charger wasnt in the box i relize that after i took it out of the country now im stck whit no power supply
