Everything is easily accessed. PC was already fully installed with Windows 10 so was ready right from the start. Plenty of memory. Unit came with keyboard.

I am somewhat frustrated with the many "windows" I have to look in to find what I need. More for the tech-savvy young geek, than an old timer just wanting to make use of new technology and try to keep up with light-speed changes

The CPU allows me to do everything I need to do, whether work or leisure related.
