Laptop was excellent; able to dock to an ePort that I had and take with me on 2 or 3 different trips went to get VPN put on the system and took it home and there is no visual on the laptop screen itself, luckily can plug it into the Dell ePort to at least work with it till a new computer comes in! If you get a refurbish item make sure you include at least a 2-3 year warranty; though I didn't get a 1 year warranty, if you are offered a 2-3 warranty jump on it! Else you have a dead weight as of a 14 months later!
